Great customer service and quality workmanship! I really appreciated being updated at every step, so that I didn’t have to chase or ask when my order would be complete. They even sent a picture to confirm everything was good before shipping and were able to accommodate my request to add more to my order as it looked a little more plain compared to my inspo pic. You can tell that their goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Their items are definitely heirloom worthy and I’m glad that I decided to order from them. So I found Pataree on Instagram and I went to their store (Location provided on Google btw) and the person incharge asks me if I have an appointment because they only see people by appointment.Honestly, I felt that was pretty rude, since A) I came to your store to give you my business! B) You haven’t mentioned anywhere that you only take appointments and C) there is no phone number provided on Google.That was an INSTANT MOOD OFF.Their stuff is pretty, no doubt, but a better approach towards customer relations would have probably got me to buy a couple of things despite the fact that they are overpriced.
