Tardy staff who dont bother to take your order for books that are not available as part of the prescribed set. One needs constant follow up with them to get the books that you need. High end stationery items and good craft supplies are lacking. I was charged double for a particular textbook when billed and failed to see this. Got to know much later at home which was too late by then
