The stay was okay. Rooms were good and toilet as well. Staff behaviour is good. Outside good is not allowed they have a restaurant in the ground floor.The problem is they dont have an escalator. The reception it self is in the first floor

Decent hotel in phase 11 Mohali with ample parking space. Its just opposite to Bestech Square Mall.

The worst hotel till date. The rooms werent cleaned when we reached after the long bike trip and they made us wait. Worst customer service. The reviews in booking.com were excellent but the fact is that it doesnt deserve even 1 star. Please get your own pillow incase you end up staying. Uncomfortable and painful pillow.Oh and if u guys end up thinking breakfast included thats the biggest trap of the decaddde. If u to leave early morning which is the case whe we are on a trip u u will get only a cup of tea honestly the tea was not bad though.There were stains on the pillow and on the sheets and ofcourse we asked to change the sheets and pillow covers and it made no difference either.It was noisy during the night people talking screaming, dropping utensils man I dont know what else. There was 3to 4 guys present at the reception non of them are friendly and no smile on their facesif we asked something the answer is no. Do not trust the good reviews please. Entertainment system is for the sake of name, doesnt even work. The air-conditioned is wrongly placed!.
