But what An Amazingly personalised touch right from staff at Reception to Dietitian to Service Therapist. All are so well behaved & well mannered with a super personal touch. Kritika-the dietitian especially so very considerate and caring in understanding & formulating the diet plan with a personal follow up. And my Therapist- Mr Vicky- an amazing guy to ensure the comfort and convenience all the times. And not to forget to mention Priyanka who received me with such a warmth. Un professional treatment as well as response VLCCIn oct 2019 I chose vlcc for laser hair removal treatment along with chemical peels and they charged over 80000 rs for this...1) they do follow-up untill you pay the amount later on they dont even look at your face and they dont care about the customer satisfaction.2) even after paying so much of amount for the services they dont provide you with the bill.. Stating their gst no. Because they were collecting gst on every service they provide.. This is our right to ask for bill and gst no. If they dont provide you with their details you can complain against the branch on gst portal... They will take care about the taxes3) they claim that they are maintaining highly experienced and professional staff but in reality you will find new staff every month for doing the service which will be a big concern for the long treatments which I experienced myself.4) they initially provide you with other staff for 2 sittings just to pamper you for the payment you have done after that they dont care about the customer and suddenly they change staff. When you complain about the service they will change the branch manager itself.5) if customer raises any issues they just say that they will take care of everything from now onwards but actually there will be nothing left to take care of.6) one should ask how experienced the staff and whether they are really certified to do the service because you cant blindly just go and keep ur skin on their hands who are unsure about their qualification or certification to do the service.7) un necessarily advertise their products to customers.. Like a door delivery sales men do.8) charges double rates for every service like facial or haircut or spa anything the results of which are not up to the professional level. Actually people go for clinics instead of street side parlours only for one reason I.e, professional care and customer service9) lack of professional care, proper customer service and the businesses which do not care about the customer satisfaction no longer sustain in the market..Instead of VLCC I recommend skin specialist Doctors for any kind if treatment... Especially in India so many VLCC Personal Care branches of small towns are facing these kind of un resolved issues it seems when I check in to the complaints section especially for the treatment which take long time..And if still these people dont respond to my complaint and dont get my services done as per the terms or refund my money back I just complain against them in consumer forum then they will teach how important customer satisfaction is???No one to take queries and complaint ....wasted my moneyThanksNeha Garg

My wife applied for their 3 month basic course (hair and skin) under the free NSDC scheme in the Manimajra branch. We thought this would be a great demo course before we invest any serious money in the academy in Sector 34.We were explained all the contents of the course and for the first 2 weeks, I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism (despite being a free course).However, after that their skin trainer, began to take week long leaves and we were left doing hair - which was actually very good and their trainer, Ms. Pooja Negi, was also very good.We barely did any practical work in the skin classes.2 months into the course, were suddenly told the syllabus has changed and much of what we were promised in the initial interview will no longer be taught.Essentially wasting our 3 hours of our day for 3 months because my wife knew most of the stuff they taught already.Not happy in terms of professionalism here.Were cancelling any plans to go for the paid course for now.Thanks.*EDIT- shifted from 2 starts to 4 stars.They sorted out the issue.

Wasted a lot of money, results were not satisfactory at all. Staff needs to be more courteous towards the family members visiting along and oriented towards customer’s exact requirement of service. Instead of going according to my choice of highlights, it was done in a totally different and common colour. Billing text message shows only the payment of around ₹2000 only whereas as I paid around 9 times the amount mentioned above. Moreover when I submitted the feedback I received a message with some other name instead of mine. Was expecting a better service and value for money.

I decided on this place after a lot of research and I am so thrilled to have found VLCC.Im getting a full body laser and a few skin peels done from here and I couldnt be happier with the results.Treatments I get I wouldnt fault and wouldnt go anywhere else to get done either.The staff is very friendly and warm and hence I dont feel uncomfortable visiting the place over and over again. I visited VLCC welness centre Chandigarh and asked for a late evening appointment which staff accomodated and did my hair spa. Also service offered along with tips by Nadeen were excellent. To add delight was during the hair wash, my ear ring slipped off which VLCC team returned next day morning on my visit. Delighted by Team of VLCC. Excellent!! Keep up the good work!!

We had been there for weight loss but results encouraged us for curvexpert leading to cool sculpting, results are fascinating. Environment is friendly and calm staff is extremely skillful and reliable. We would recommend this place if you are looking for results.

I took slimming sessions from vlcc in sector 35, chandigarh. I paid 28,000 to them. I did not even manage to lose 1 kg weight instead it increased 1 kg. One day the dietician called me up and told me that my package has been completed and i need to stop coming. I went to have a word with center head miss reema and she blamed me that I wasn’t following the diet and she can’t do anything. They promised me 5kg weight loss. I don’t know why vlcc is treating its customers like this because i have been completely dedicated towards my diet as i am mature enough To understand that if i do not follow the instructions its only my loss. I am a pcod patient so i have been worried before this incident because my weight wasn’t going but the doctor kept saying that i am a pcod patient so i need to be patient and then one day they suddenly called me up and told me to stop coming. I am very disappointed. Slimming sessions are fraud. The staff blames the client instead of findind the solutions. They are complete frauds. They just give you massages and you do not lose any weight. They are ignoring me now and no one is answering my calls or providing me with any solution. Even their complaint email id is fraud they do not reply and do not provide any answers. They are money sucking leeches who will sweet talk you into buying the packages and will abandon you later. I am very depressed with this act. Their center head is mannerless and doesn’t know how to talk. Overall they are fraud. Avoid them at all costs. They anyway put all the pressure on diet control and workout so there is no point of availing their services. Avoid at all costs they don’t even deserve a one star.Shreya bansal
