Staff forcefully tried to sell brand which I didnt even wann .. I wanted huda beauty but they forced for some third brand I was not comfortable with using.. not good

My first experience with nykaa ofline store and its pathetic because of improperly trained store manger Mr. Raghav who just want to cheat and loot people to increase sales. I gave never met any other unprofessional person like him in great brand store let alone be Sephora or body shop. This guy is wholy responsible for bad reviews of nyka store sector 17. 2.9 star LOL .. check Sephora guys 4.5 star..Staff and manager are just gonna cheat and try to sell products to maximize their profit and sale.I purchased items worth 35500/- and I asked if Ill be getting all the offers and discounts as online. To which they said mam dont worry its all same. Now after I came back home and checked online the difference in price was 6000/- and there were few free products on online shopping even which they didnt give at first. After telling them the issue they did give the free products but not allThey are just going to cheat customers. Visit Sephora, MAC offlien store only in elante . Far far better.Also NYKAA should educate the staff about online and offline store offer differences as well.Highly irresponsible staff and un educated folks who are just bringing down nykaa brand image. My friends in chandigarh all say nyka store here is horrible dont go there and I understand today why

Everything under a single roof..staff is not very helpful.counter boy is decent.and they dont have all the products .they show me testers of some another things and while purchasing they give me something else.nice place in sector 17 .

Not so good staff not gide properly

Non cooperative staff.wanted banana nail paint. Sent me nude colour without telling my guy that they dont have banana shade.for such a brand it is not at all expected from nykaa

Wrong address

Be careful while buying stuff. They show you different testers but give you different product and won’t return the product / refund the amount, even at their fault. This happened to me twice.
