So. Ive got mixed feelings about this place. Starting with the ambience. I like it. The outside area is somewhere you can sit and chill. Indoors are well decorated too. Not at all cozy. However,the service here is what I would expect to be a lot better. Food was amazing. But it is partly cos we had to wait for half hour for it. So,yeah.

Excellent staff, Good location(Depending on where you need to be)Rooms do need a bit of upkeep, but the older furniture gives it a certain charm.There is Parking within the premises... Personally that is a priority for us.Food at the restaurant is also worth a mention.Service at the restaurant is great too.Hope they keep their standards high.

Good Hotel for living. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities provided. It is located just near to highway. As a complimentary hotel provides breakfast to their customers. If you want to hire bike for traveling in city, they provide buke on rent on per day rent basis. It has small swimming pool too. Prawns dish is very delicious here.

This place is good. And better for rest all the facilities were on time. All the services provided ae practical. And for the negative point i would say its bit on pricier.

I was there to visit a friend....the restaurant seems to be good.. aesthetically.. but it has never attracted me to step in...I think the management should look into this and make it more people friendly to increase footfalls..

Place is located near a highway. Hence not too popular with the locals. But the food quality was good though a bit on pungent side. But we can ask them to reduce the chilli content. Their Hara bhara kebab was excellent. A decent place for vegetarians. Cant speak for non-vegetarians as I am a veggie. But I hear that it is okay. Rates are reasonable and so are the portions.

The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is ample parking. The restaurant is good and so is the swimming pool.

I have been to this restaurant few times only because I love the chicken they serve here specially Chicken Tikka. But not taste is not same anymore here. The food they served me last time wasn’t hot and we all love hot food. I won’t recommend egg curry over here and I’ll still recommend chicken tikka. Service over here is really fast. You can give it a try here.

Hotel is good. Service is good. Restaurant serves good food. Only issue I had was hotel does not provide all the toiletries during checkin. You will have to ask for it whenever you need it or assume they dont provide it.

Location of the hotel bit far from mapusa centre.. And Local transportation not much.. Its Depends on rental bikes and cars.. Hotel service average.. Required little more maintenance. Few rooms no calling bell, and only one electric plug point. Needs to improve a lot.. I expected much more from Treebo, but finally its. K. Not a bad stay.. Just. OK.

A well suitable location of the hotel, with my office exactly next door. The Mall also being there in the same premises, helped with the needed entertainment and break as and when needed. The Mall also provides you with various food options. The hotel itself is a good value for money with decent rooms and facilities in it. The food quality is very good and dry tasty

The food was good and the waiters were very hospitable. It just took a little longer than we expected for the food to arrive at our table. The Masala tea really has a spiced zing to it. Try it if you have a cold.

Out of 4 days of stay... they didnt cleaned the room for the first day... Even if we provide the key they didnt cleaned the room on third day.Rooms and bathrooms are very small.Sometimes, needed to ask for hot water and that also came up too late.

The place is expensive for what they offer, the ac was not working and the beds are queen size, the complimentary breakfast was also limited, they charged for everything. Worst part was they do not give extra blanket. The doors have wide gaps where in the cold air and the lights come the whole night..

Good reception staff and clean toilets in the room and favourable location were the positives. Rooms were spacious but A/c did not work, there was no net access on wifi despite changing 2 rooms to seek wifi connectivity, no room service after 11pm is a big negative, breakfast was very basic and the smell while one passed the maintenance area or pantry on each floor whilst going to the room was appalling. The attitude of the staff in the restaurant very courteous and eager to please. Overall experience was average in terms of facilities but very good in terms of staff attitude to guests.

Green park is a hotel with a/c and non a/c rooms. Has a beautiful bar and restaurant. Has a lawn garden where functions and parties are arranged. It has sufficient parking.

Good food. Their open air garden as well as the party hall is a great place to celebrate your special occasions. Since its right on the highway, commute is easy and convenient.

Its just OK. Earlier a Treebo hotel; now Oyo. The room we got was nice, though a few things were broken. Wifi never worked. The card reader didnt work initially. I had to go to the ATM to withdraw money before entering the room. Water was a problem in the mornings. The AC threw water at us & some fell on my laptop too, and made noise all night. The staff was courteous. Theres no covered parking. But it is in a good location, as far as connectivity is concerned. Food was good but costly. Order - give the restaurant a miss! There are good options outside. Always ask for rooms with windows. 404, 304, 204, & 104 are window rooms I guess with a good view outside.

I stayed in Treebo Green Park for 4 nights. Hotel is at very good location. Its in the center of GOA. 10 kms away from all beaches of North Goa & 11 Kms away from Panjim. Hotel staff is very friendly & cooperative. They serve decent breakfast & rooms are also in good condition. Local transportation is also available from Hotels gate. With prior request, they sometimes allow early check-in too. All I can say is its a very good hotel at a very reasonable rate. I strongly recommend it.

Big problem in hotel was food was not served properly especially for any functions like wedding and reception. I remember last 2 days fried rice was served after 2 hours and that to the put put something masala into rice in made it is like fried rice

Poor serviceRude staffMy opinion to tourists is not to even consider this hotel as an option even though cost is fairly reasonable. You will end up regretting and write a similar review as I am doing now.We were 20 friends and we booked 6 rooms. We were not given all 6 rooms during check-in and we had to wait and yell at the manager before getting them.We were given just 2 spoons of jam for bread for 20 of us for breakfast and when asked, we were given a very rude answer for which we had to yell at the kitchen staff. The response was in such a way that we were given free breakfast. This is ridiculous. Once again I repeat, this hotel is not fit to be called as a hotel and travellers please dont end up wasting money and spoil your trip.

Worst place to stay,I checked the ratings and booked a room, i was with my family. This was the worst experience i ever had in a hotel. Staff is very rude, disrespectful and filthy on top of this the room was extremely dirty and had continuous foul smell like something rotten, i booked the 3X room and believe me guys dont trust the ratings i believe they are fake/ purchased.P. S. the bedsheet was filthy.

Its located on the nh48 highway just on the outskirts of mapusa. Dont go by the looks as it looks a tad untidy. The open fish tank is not well maintained. The restaurant too has a oldish feel to it But, we visit this place mainly for meals and the food quality is really good. Staff is a bit of downer when it comes to ordering food and this needs to be addressed. They dont sound rude but definitely dont seemed pleased either if you keep requesting them for certain things etc.

Good location but not at all maintained

I booked frm oyo,it was good at that particular place because I physically checked 5 hotels and there rooms around 500meters of JJ Crown but didnt found As that.

I booked this property (Treebo Green Park Goa) for three nights and four days, but later revised the booking to two nights. Following were the reasons -1 - Rude behaviour of the staff. Some of them were quite courteous but specially the room service staff were extremely rude.2 - The time when I visited Goa, the mercury was at its peak. When you come from outside in such a weather, you generally tend to take a bath to get refresh. For that you demand for additional bathroom stuff ( shampoo, soap, etc.). So, when I demanded for additional stuff, I was told by the reception people that we gave it today in the morning, now if you want extra it would be chargeable.3 - For water bottles, I faced the similar (refer to point 2) issue. They provided with 1lts of water a day.4 - Quality of breakfast is pathetic. Neither there were options nor there was quality. On the top of it, the staff was least bothered about it.5 - Overall, the kind of setup (room furniture, restaurant, staff, maintenance of the property) this property has, it would have been liked by the people 10 years back but for now the setup is totally outdated.

Nice budget hotel on the highway. Mapusa market & mapusa busstand is close by here. Nice restaurant also is there on the ground floor. Parking is also available here plus lawn is available for any party/reception

The restaurant in this hotel used to serve excellent food in the past.Unfortunately in the last 1 year their food quality has gone from bad to worst.The previous visit was a disaster in food taste and quality and we decided that it was the last time we would step in Green Park.However, yesterday, on a heavily rainy day, and having not much choice of places nearby, we opted to go to Green Park for a small anniversary party.We ordered Squids and Kababs as starters. The squids was a wee tiny portion, just a few pieces on the plate.They used to make great kababs. Yesterday it was an absolute disaster. We ask the Manager about it an he told us that the tandoor chef went to his home town.We had told them that we dont eat spicy foods...so during the main course selection, we took their recommendations. When served, it was totally red hot chilly based masala. We had to raise our voice on this occasion.They took back the dish and said we can make a butter chicken very quickly, and that it doesnt take much time to prepare it.When served shockingly, the chicken was half cooked and raw.At the end, the Manager came and apologized and told us we are sorry about today and next time we will be better. We are changing the menu on 15th June and the prices are going up...I do hope they will get their act together, or in time, this place will be closed due to poor food quality.

- They add water to the juice available in the morning breakfast- They offered Mango juice in the morning- Breakfast time is 8 to 10. If one has entered 09:50, they will say breakfast is over now.- No biscuits at breakfast table. Not even a packet of Parle G.- Cleanliness is an issue- We checked in around 01:30 AM which was informed well in advance. No porter was available to help with the luggage.- You will definitely require two wheeler vehicle at Goa sort of place. There was only one vendor available with them to provide at rent. That is too only for Activa, you cant ask them for any other bike.This would be the bad choice for Goa. No worth at all.
