I was dissatisatisfued because they do not have hand shower attached to your toilet. Hence i rated 4 star. Which is displeasing. The best part is staff are very helpful. Overall its a fine room. Depending on your budget. Its a good place for budget stay.

It would be nice to provide a separate light & fan for the third bed. The room also requires 1 extra light as lighting looks little dim.Otherwise the services are very good & neat and clean for a budget hotel.i will definitely visit it again.

This is affordable small hotel in main market on Piccadilly road. Just booked couple of times for my guests. Recently owner has reservations for non veg foods as he is a Jain person and allow only vegetarian food. Rooms are small but were clean.

Good service n food is all I liked. Location is in the main road, right in the middle of sector 35 complex.Rooms are too small. Water tastes like chlorine. Geyser takes lot of time to heat up..Extra blankets smell of naphthalene balls..Rooms at both end are noisy bring in the complex. No lift/elevator.Note : no egg / non veg served or even allowed as parcel. Please respect their Jain culture and follow their in house rules.

I was denied checkin by impolite Hotel Staff after i arrived late at the hotel. I had informed them over the call that i ll be arriving late due to flight delays and these people agreed but when i showed up there, the receptionist said, booking had been cancelled on account of no show. I traveled from other city just to knw that i am denied checkin. That guy was rude as well, he didnt knew ABC of management. When asked to connect with Supervisor or Hotel Manager , he didnt. He just routed me to the Goibibo platform and obviously they dont have answers as usual apart from saying Inconvenience is regretted.This is how these people behave. I was in an unknown city with family looking for some accommodation on a chilled evening. How many times i visit chandigarh nw in my lifetime, never gonna book this hotel for sure. Just a reminder for everyone traveling from other cities to this place.

Location of the hotel is amazing as it is centre of the city and everything in the city is near like markets mall or bus stops, cinema halls. I paid approx. ₹... for one night (without breakfast), quite high. No body informed about payment for breakfast, neither during entry nor even during ordering or after serving food from outside. No provision for heater in room. The rooms are very small. For food, it seems they dont want to sacrifice space/ room, which they should. Bed sheet/ pillow cover not changed next day, no hand towel available (although full towel was provided on request). Very basic toiletries. Cable TV has basic channel. No space to walk around in room. The staff is good, like their smiling face.

The place is small, yet cozy, clean and proper. Location is in the heart of the market, so easy to locate. Staff is courteous. Didnt get a chance to try the food, but the coffee wasnt really good. Room is very cozy. Worth the price. Plus the manager upgraded us from deluxe to super deluxe as we booked online and I guess no rooms were available at the time of our check-in . Over all a good experience.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They provide professional service. Food is fresh and tasty. Rooms are clean but Washrooms are not up to mark. They need to install better toiletries. The location is very nice. You can also visit Dominos, KFC, McDonalds or many others because all these places are very close to the hotel.

Dont be fooled by good review.Most, if not all them, are freeloaders.The hotel has a policy to give discount In food if you rate them 5 stars.As for the actual hotel, for the price rooms were quite small with no windows. Just a double queen size bed and one chair worth of space was there. Torn pillow covers and stained bedsheets were common in two different rooms where I stayed.No night lamp present in any of the rooms, and there was one blinding LED bulb right in front of your eyes which was the only source of light in room. Reception guy was just passing his time and was reluctant to listen to complaints.TVs were okay. Food was good. Bathrooms were very clean. Owner was polite.Overall the hotel is worth 800rs and not 1800rs which I paid.

We stayed for 2 days in the hotel and just after we checked in ,Mr. Narender was kind enough to upgrade us to another room 1 level higher.Location of the hotel is superb,nearby to 22 and 17 sector.The food is homely and rooms are clean.Service is well taken care of especially Mr. Sonu.I would definitely recommend.

Place is okay, location and parking is great, they ll watch you but wont help you with your luggage even if a girl with two bags and mainly the staff they were smoking in the lobby that the entire space was filled with smoke that was pathetic.
