Seriously, wished they lived to at least 10% of what they promised us, let alone fulfilling what they told us. We drove all the way from Himachal to Chandigarh just for the hair treatment but what we got in the end was disastrous to say the least. We got keratin done for the hair (solely on the basis of what they advised us), however the hair was a mess right from the next day. Also, the color they put was hardly visible at all. They never showed what products they are putting, did not inform us anything. It was obviously expensive on the pocket and at the end of 6 hours of non sensical treatment they told us that they wont take cards as a payment mode and made us run in the ATMs downstairs for a whopping 24k cash. In the end when I asked for the bill she refused straight forward and duped us of our hard earned money (not to forget the fuel that we had to put in the car and the time that got consumed with it).We were shattered beyond imagination and emotionally degraded. If I could Id sue these bunch of money extractors and I really wish no one gets to undergo what we underwent.We had to redo the keratin just 20 days afterwards elsewhere,it was so bad. Please dont be a fool and visit this idiotic salon.

I am disappointed the behavior of sashi (barber) who made my hair worst and still arguing with me badly. Also very important thing i asked them for sanitizer as they are not following safety rules. Second, i saw deals on net but they denied for any deal but it is still existing. Third, they overcharged me for making my hair worst and after they did not listened. . i felt i visited any old cheap salon of any backward town. pls avoid this salon..

I find branch of looks salon not that professional as i use to feel in DelhiThey use to serve you coffee and water , here i had to ask for it despite the fact that i was paying 150 rs above that makes 500 for hair cutting ! Otherwise infrastructure is good ! And ya they will never do more for you unless you ask first for example after haircut in delhi barber use to apply some serum or Web on my hairs but last time i had haircut on elante mall , web was not available and told me that it was out of stock ! I know one thing for sure that post all such shortcomings for any chain ..this will help people know and demand for better !

I would have given 4 stars if it was about the services and staff(who are actually working and are talented) but I wouldn’t bcz of one and only reason,girl sitting at front desk, is extremely unpleasant,arrogant,and unprofessional. No matter who you are, she ,for some weird reason is full of bad attitude which makes any customer uncomfortable. Girl ,grow up,and atleast smile bcz you are the 1st person any customer deals with,and you sure make people feel unwelcomed. 0 starts for this woman and 5 stars for Shashi 👍🏻

Its a luxury salon with good ambience, excellent service and groovy music. Its quite expensive and falls short on the value for money factor.

Worst staff. they do not even know how to do eyebrows properly. The lady who made my eyebrows ended up making them a symmetrical. inspite of me telling her that i do not want too thin. just remove extra. But the actual harrassment started after that. My left eyebrow was lower than right something any one could easily figure out. But the entire staff was like we are not able to see that and our worker hasnt done anything wrong. Also, they charge double than other looks salons even in delhi and do not give you membership points after visit. Something that is supposed to be done by every looks salon. cheats of the highest order.
