I went to this AMAZING salon yesterday and told their AMAZING staff member that I need to get my beard trim to which he said okay and nothing else. After waiting their for 20 minutes approx. I asked them how much more do I have to wait as there is only one customer there and they said that we were not aware that you are here for the service. Simply WOW, this is how these people treat their customers and the fun part is that they were busy having tea for more than 15 minutes (The whole staff together inside the room) and no one was there to look out for the customers or even bothered to ask someone why they are here..If the owner of this mind blowing Salon is reading this, then please do take some time out our you busy schedule and look how these people are treating the customers and also please ask them if it is pub or something like that because the music volume was so loud there than it is in pubs..

If there was an option of giving *no star*, I would have chosen that instead of giving even one star. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!....they have no value for other peoples time. I had taken an appointment before going to this salon but still i had to wait for freaking 1 hour !!...to make things even worse i left without getting a haircut because they were going to make me wait even moreI dont care if there was some miscommunication between the staff, you cannot make a customer suffer because of your mistakes
