Good infrastructure, a great team of nurses & doctors, proper reception & management, however I faced one issue which bothered me a lot:One of the senior doctors was very rude & did not make even a single attempt to understand our situation. She talked less, scolded more. We wanted to get a basic consultation on family planning. However, she quickly dismissed most of our questions as baseless & unimportant. And her tone was not so comforting. She failed to understand that for someone starting a family for the first time, there are a lot of doubts that need to be cleared.Secondly, when I felt pain during one test, she told me to quit being dramatic.That was the moment I decided to NEVER CONSULT HER IN THE FUTURE. Will prefer the junior gynaecs. Thanks to them, esp. Dr. Sangeeta for their professionalism & understanding.

This is amazingly superb and best hospital in there values , professionalism , infrastructure , service and managemant . I m not saying they are doing charity or social service , but in todays time its really hard to find people who are ethically rich.They are serving there patients with excellent service , dont waste patient time , all tests and doctors available in house , great environment and positivity which is generally not possible for hospital kind of things . No body wants to go in hospitals but its a part of life but yes u dont feel bad here. The hospital staff is untrained. I went there for the Covid vaccine and they didnt check my BP which is a protocol by the Medical Association of India and stated we are not checking patients BP as it generally comes high due to anxiety of getting vaccinated.No covid norms, No mask has been followed. Both patients and hospital staff were moving freely without a mask.Please do not get fooled by their vision line of Excellence to meet integrity...

All the staff is very polite and doctors are really knowledgeable. Its the best infertility center in tricity. Special thanks to Dr. Nidhi Sharma for handling my case and answering all my queries very patiently.

It take 1 and half hour to make the room after doing all the formalities in advance no extra pillows provided so if u need two pillows plz get it from ur home TV is not working staff is saying we dont know that why is not working if u will ask for anything it will take half an hour .....thank u for such a pathetic services

Really easy process and good experience. I found the office online on Google. Made an appointment but when I arrived several people had just what day in so that is an option. It was Thursday morning very quiet. I probably wait 5minutes for appointment and everyone one was professional and polite. Dr.Sangeeta listen my problem very carefully I feel there is a good bounding between us while our conversation. I must recommend for everyone..God bless you always Dr Sangeeta n your team too 🙏🙏🙏

They are trust breaker.. they exploited the trust I had shown in them.I booked my wifes appointment exclusively for Mrs Anupam Gupta on 10th July at 9:30 am, after recommendation from a friend, but some other doctor was allocated and that too without information.Even on patient card it was mentioned as Anupam gupta whereas we didnt met her for once. Dr Tanya attended us instead of Dr Anupam.When asked the receptionist why this happened she said they must be busy..Then why wasnt I was informed prior, why was this hidden from patient.I will never go to this hospital and will not recommend either.

Very bad experience , being a doctor myself, presently at PGI suggest not to go for jindal ivf cente in my personal opinion. We approach them for infertility treatment for my wife; people used to come to have their own child but being surrogacy and donar embryo centre. and expensive treatment, they advice their patients to opt for it rather than to have their own baby.Secondly their present embryologist is very bad in his expertise which is prime part of ivf.Mr maheshwari was not capable of fertilizing even a single egg out of five despite good quality eggs and semen sample .I

Initially I went to get a clearer picture of my line of treatement. Rest of the doctors are very supportive but DR. ANUPAM GUPTA , is very rude and doesnt know how to do an internal ultrasound. She asked me to go read up on the internet about all the questions I had about my condition and her examination of internal ultrasound left me in pain for days. I have changed my center of treatment from Jindal only because of her.

Staff is not co-operative, rude, not paying attention to patients, & Sheetal dr is arrogant, no mannerism.3. It seems they doing experiment & practices might be some one maybe lucky in that.4. I went to jindal after hearing that they are best in tricity but my personal experience is that they make simple things complicated. Dr sheetal jindal got my tests done on wrong time due to which results were bad and recommended to get further tested which were very very costly. Just for the sake of money she made me went through too much mental pressure and made my first three months of pregnancy horrible.

Best hospital, hospital is very clean , staff follow proper process. Dr Sheetal at Jindal clinic is very knowledgeable and answers all queries very politely. They discuss each case among doctors and then suggest best treatment.I would recommend this hospital for normal deliveries and to couples who are going through any sort of complications.

Hi....I am Isha Garg. I visited Jindal IVF center twice for fertility treatments. I was under Dr Anupams observation. Its the worst experience I had with this center. I visited the center in 2015 first time for some issues. From the first day itself, they wrote me a big list of tests. They started follicular study and told me that ovulation is not proper. Dr started ovulation injections and asked for IUI. I insisted for normal and they agreed. The pregnancy turned into ectopic....my bad luck. I went to clinic twice with my complaints and no dr was available that time. Dr Anupam was not available over phone as well. I requested staff to connect me to Dr Anupam but they refused. They dont have a heart for patients and they are very professional.I dnt recommend this fertility centre to anybody.In 2018, I thought that my case is with Jindal and Dr Umesh Jindal is very experienced. So I should visit and consult her only. Even after so many requests, they sent my case to Dr Anupam. My bad luck again......she gave me same treatment as of previous one without considering my issue of miscarriage. This time I went through IUI and I conceived.In my 3rd month starting, I started bleeding and it was sunday afternoon. I went to hospital and they admitted me. They didnt connect me to Dr Anupam as it was sunday. I kept on waiting till Monday mng. I was under so much stress and pain but dr Anupam was busy somewhere else. Monday afternoon they sent another doc, who prescribed me an injection without going for ultrasound. This injection was not at all required as I miscarried by that time. They did my ultrasound on Monday at 3pm and then in eve I was discharged with a heavy heart.Believe me Dr Anupam did not bother to come on Monday to Visit her patient. Dr Umesh Jindal came to console but she didnt have answer to my questions.I am in Mumbai and I see the difference of treatments here. Here Drs have a heart. Even with big hospital, they dont prescribe unnecessary treatments. They go step by step and patients pocket is also taken care of. They give their contact nos so you can reach to them directly. They are not surrounded by nurses or staff during consultation. They hear you patiently and answer all your doubts. They are not in hurry and always available for their patients.Please dnt ever visit Jindal IVF center if you are looking for a good treatment. Stay away from centres and doctors who are there to just make money.

I would have given ZERO star . Please READ ONE STAR Ratings carefully as these are authentic and real . Good reviews are all fake . I personally know nurses working there who have written positive reviews. I was also lured by high rating but they are totally fraud . They make you believe that you have some problems and then loot money from you .Many three friends also had bad experiences here . NONE OF THEIR TREATMENTS WERE SUCCESSFUL ON US. They might be good institute for business and making money but not good for patients. Only publicity not good doctors.God is watching and they sure have to face consequences for misguiding patients . Dr Umesh Jindal always try not to treat or interact with any educated person. You will always find her experimenting on people from weaker sections of society. And guess what? Most of her experiments are a failure.

They failed us. Most important thing is success of procedure, (which they said would be easy for us). They asked for lot more money than others, we paid after seeing these reviews. Alas! we were ripped. As these reviews are highly managed and most negative comments tend to disappear.

Hard working and dedicated doctors ever seen before. My wife and myself are very satisfied with treatment given to us. We got baby boy with grace of god and due to Dr. Swati treatment provided to us. I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Sheetal is inhumane and does not deserve to be called a doctor. All 5 stars a from staff and their families and all bad reviews are carefully taken down.Their only goal is to first brain wash you into thinking that you have infertility and then they take you for a ride. They kept extracting money in the name of DNC, polyps, IVF and none of them can be proved to be done correctly or whether they were even required or not. They extort money at the stake of your emotions.

Our IVF failed even after 2 attempts and then for third attempt they said that embryos can not be used. So give couple of lacs again. I havent visited that place after that.

Staff timings are alright, but these days there is lot of pressure on hospitals staff to get positive reviews, even from our family members.

The dispensing room staaf is very very rude and idiot people,,they wasted my 1 hour for just two type of medicines,,they r three by numbers,,medicine name,,medrol 8mg and sildenafil 25 mg and gestofit injection
