Below 4 points review is for a reason.It was my moms bday in Aug, I ordered a bunch of balloon bouquet for Rs. 987/- and selected the available timeslots on their website.My order was NOT DELIVERED!!! And when I asked for refund, they have sent me a coupon valid for 1 year and they are flouting their company policy on refund!YOUR COMPANY POLICY IS OUT OF REALITY!I did not cancel the order, YOU DID NOT DELIVER, hence you are liable to refund my money back to my bank and not a coupon. The breach of contract is from your end not my!Give any customer this painful experience is loss to your business! My surprise plan for my mother was blown by these guys and then I was surprised by their response. Watch-out before you order from them!

Terrible value for money & poor customer service. I spent over $100 for flowers and chose $80 worth of Upgrades and selected the Vase to be included. Flowers were delivered in a box with a sponge and they told me to tell my disappointed grandmother who was expecting a vase that a box is a container and you can still water the flowers so its the same as a vase. I explained that they arent because a Vase is a gift that can be kept and used after the flowers have died but they didnt care despite admitting that the picture clearly depicts a vase as included. Told me they are unwilling to do anything and I could go ahead and report them if I wish.

In spite of placing an order - fruit cake combo on the same date and setting the time of delivery as before 12 pm, I receive a call just 45 minutes before the delivery time asking me to replace the fruitcake with any other flavor otherwise delivery can happen anytime even during the night(They just mention 2nd half of the day). I appreciate their professionalism where they prefer to inform customer about any change. And the customer serviceof our reviewers recommend us executive(Ashish), are speaking polite and asking us to get more rewards point in future. This is the best service I ever received from any type of service providers. They always have commitment. Never rely on any other florist when we have easy flowers

Extremely bad service. I had ordered flowers and cake for my fathers birthday on 13th May. The order was neither delivered nor attempted on 13th. I kept calling on their helpline number but nobody responded. I did not even get any emails regarding this. On 14th again i kept calling and when finally someone recieved my call i asked them to cancel my order. So here comes the funny thing i neither got any cake nor my money was refunded to me. Its not even about the money.. its the limit of how unprofessional can a service provider be. On special occasions like these when we want to send our love to somebody these sites are just looting people.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! I am certain these people are fraudsters. I ordered flowers in the morning of the 31st and was told it would arrive between 8 and 11 pm. At about 1 pm someone called me to say they wanted to deliver earlier which I agreed to. However my order never came till date. Everytime I called they would say it was on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. Finally at 9pm I received an email that they needed another phone number since the recipients phone number was unavailable. I found this rather ludicrous since I was the recipient and had been having numerous telephone conversations with these scammers.

Few rates of gift are on higher side pl have few less price gift option also. Add more gift options rather then cake n flower

Please do not buy flowers from this web full of disappointment. Recently ordered flowers on a special ocassion and chose delivery between 8am -2pm but received same at 10:30 pm!! When asked the delivery boy reason for delay; Sir we made delivery to wrong address and people who received it first went out for some time so we waited for them to come back!!! How can you make such a blunder I still cant believe!! What I ordered sat at somone elses house and got to the right address at 10:30pm when half the roses were dead and some fell off. Arrangement made of 75 flowers only had 58 left at 10:30pm. Story doesnt end here, delivery charges were included in the arrangement and payment was received 2 days before delivery. Still the delivery boy took extra Rs 50We were really disappointed when we received the arrangemet so we took pics then and shared them with Easy flowers in the morning. Easy flowers instead of realising that there was a glitch in their delivery service blamed us for not sharing the pics same day and simply said nothing can be done now. Deliver us dead ugly flowers at 10:30pm (charge more than 4000 Rs) and expect people to have their phone ready for an email just in case if we screw up your order to bits!! For these people customer satisfaction and respect is no priority. Its like easy flower dont give a damn attitude!! People out there checking this web please dont waste your energy, time and money!!!I hate Easy flowers to the most, they are full of disappointment and worst customer service you could ever imagine!!

The bouquet arrangement was not as seen in the website. The cake is also not up to the mark. They looked unprofessional and not a value for money definitely.
