Went to buy their product. I could clearly see the product was not good for consumption but the employee insisted that it was good. The texture was bad, not smooth at all, flavour was also bad. Had to finally throw away the whole pack. Didnt expect this from Baskin Robbins.

I received a message on 16/ 7 from Baskkin Robbins offering 20%discount on a purchase of 350/ above valid till 21/7.Today I visited the shop to buy icecream as per the scheme offered.It was denied on one or the other pretext . ultimately boy told me that this flavour offered not available.This is a misleading message , case of cheating, fraud to innocent customers.

Serving guys was so rude, it look like he was not interested in selling ice cream. When we asked for taster he said we don’t have, strange..... when we asked which flavor is this? He said it’s written on glass, At the time of billing he made it by own, we said to add mobile number for points but he said I already done billing

If you have a whole day for eating an icecream, you can go here. The staff is so lazy, they put hippos to shame. Average wait time: 352892 minutes. Plus, everyones slow as a turtle. Youll go in when youre 25, and come out 40.:)

Avoid this store ...they are cheats....I ordered 700 ml of mango ice cream...they said it costs 583 rupees..upon confirming with the company, I came to know it is 410 excluding tax...I went ahead and ordered...when I received the ice cream , it was less than even 500 ml...I shared the details and pictures with the company office who accepted that the quantity is less and offered me vouchers on future purchases, as if I am a fool to be cheated again....avoid this store...rather buy prepacked Baskin Robbins...Do not order from home....they cheat
