Today i went for BMS work for my ford freestyle ,which was a service recall by ford India.when i reached to the saluja services ,no was there to assist ,after 10 min Mr Ajay ( Service Advisor) came & checked in system & Said, today its not possible but when i INFORMED him that i csme twice for same & how you can say that its not be done today ....He checked with his Senior & that is only 10 min job so he took my car for BMS. LAST time when i visited Saluja services that time i raised the concerns about extra vibration in my car that time Mr Devinder Singh (old Man who is responsible to take test drive ) promised me to check the car Personally on my next visit ,so i went to him & asked him to check...got the positive response for same but after almost 3 hours,car was not checked than again i request him again to check my car ,than he replied with a answer that its my fault & he didnt have time to check & if you have any problem do the complaint any where you want .....Thanks a lot Saluja team ...Very well done ...I gave a feedback form but no one was bother to feel sorry or call & try to do recovery....I bought my car ftom Saluja ford & was a regular visitors for saluja fir services & washing but by todays experience i will never visit again to this place ....
