They are not the same as they used to be.Thambi is no more and uncle ji who used to look after the proceedings in workshop also got transferred. They hired 2,3 Clowns for making the job card which is usually full of sir ye toh naya lage ga sir iss mein toh kharcha hoga sir sir sir, nothing worthy ,they just want to make gains for the workshop.

Best for coffee and cakes and shakes. Do try- Hazelnut latte , loaded nachos, cake shakes, fresh fruit shakes. They always make fruit shakes from real fruits i love there strawberry shake.Cake shakes are very good but are very heavy. Hehe.There red velvet and chocolate cakes are soo amazing.Coffees are best.Do visit niks and try it.

Place is good for the servicing of your royal Enfield but once I visited last day. They did a servicing of my bike but didnt washed because there was water outage. That was not acceptable. I really dont liked it other than this service was good.

Bike service was good but staff working special in billing counter was rude. He need to learn how to communicate with customers to built a good relationship. Also manager need to manage their staff properly to manage all the things work properly and professionally.If staff members you read this please work on this. I already purchased AMC for a year, so free labor on normal service, This time I replaced coneset for my RE classic350, and replace both shocker seals. Got decent discount on labor charges.Mechanic MrMukesh done his job really well.Standard labor price (without any discount) is little bit expensive. They dont give cost estimate of repairs for accident bike to us & HDFC ergo Surveyor after all settings with Manmohan auto Stores owner of Royal Enfield service centre .. They intially asked that there will be no amount to be paid & asked all cost will be bear by Insurance company. Now they raised bill of Rs 18858.58 & insurance company credited Re 13676.The main fraud of agency Is Mr. Gulshan kumar who with his easy nature trap the customer & get them sign on blank satisfaction form..How this service centre & HDFC ergo fooling the customers.. Be aware this fraudsters..

I was their loyal customer from last 3 years. But they treat me unprofessionally.1stly I was entitled to 6 free services and they only provide 4 free service .2ndly after 4 services they insisted me to take AMC card in which I was entitled for 4 free service and 2 free washing but after 2 services they refused my AMC card and start charging regular fee.I strongly recommend not to go there for services of your bike you will be disappointed. They are greedy and pathetic people they only care for their pockets.

Used to get RE serviced here since purchase. Everything is OK except standard of cleaning of the bikes during service and cleaning staff do nt care about the paint finish while waxing the bike. They used to wax even matte painted bike unless they are asked not to do so.

This is the worst service center in all over India. Behaviour of staff is really bad. This centre is totally money oriented. They will always ask you to buy new parts. Their mechanics are not capable enough to repair even a small problem in your bike.

I found my self cheated. Service centres are just for loot money from customers pocket. These people are just greedy and Royal enfield have fake legacy and overrated company. Manmohan service centre is a place from i get worst service ever. my bike have some issues, but instead of solving they just fitted new parts and the all issues are remained in bike. in the end special thanks for adding new issues.

Great place to get your bike serviced. Knowledgeable and expert staff. The attendants and advisors are all very nice. The only area where they lack is the behaviour of the clerical staff at the billing desk. They behave like they are doing you a favour by accepting your payment.Rest it is as good as a motor workshop can be.

My bike broke down due to wiring problem so I informed them and they picked up from my place...for that Im giving them 1 star and after that when they called me and told me my bike is ready so i went there as soon as possible. They recharged my bikes battery and they told me that it will never happen in upcoming days...they told me until 7 days it can perform without drive. I believed them and they charged me for all the service and charging approx 2500 rs...its been 2 days after that today my bike is in same condition and they are asking me to give them feedback. Thats my feedback

We landed with our Himalayan bikes after touring the mountains for two weeks with minor issues like a loose crash bar, a loose chain, a slightly misaligned handle among other things. Pretty much expected minor repairs after a long trip.Straight answer for each of the problem - we cant repair, but we can replace the parts. For everything.We refused for all except for a broken indicator which was replaced and paid for, and then we drove out and got the above issues repaired at a local roadside RE mechanic next street within 10 mins. The mechanic refused money for such minor jobs.Extremely sad experience! Not expected this from a RE service center.

Try to learn everything about your bike at your end only otherwise everytime you visit the service centre for the same problem, they will give you different useless reasons and solutions... Better book appointment before visiting... Service is ok.

Nice they scratch my interceptor in my first service . Later they offer me free buffing as to compansate... Im very disappointed after that scratch but later it is All good . Staff here are very good and understanding....

My experience at this Royal Enfield service centre was very pleasant. The service advisors were quick to attend to my bike and the issue on my bike was fixed quickly. The setup is very professional and so are the employees. Very helpful for out-of-state Riders like me, by working on the bikes as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is travelling through Chandigarh.

Very bad experience. I have refused to coming here since 2017 after bad experience. But suddenly decided to come back. All problem which had been explained still the same even my bike speedometer got broken while coming from service center. Staff are good till only taking feedback from cell phone but once you reach at showroom no one is here to support you.Many of my friend was saying never go manmohan service center and today I have experienced the same. Do not go Manmohan service center.

Very humble and polite attitude of the workers

I have a Royal Enfield standard bike, I have problems with skip, starting issue, noise issue. The bike stops running while driving. And there is very disturbing noise. Some times the gears get stuck. I am facing these problems mostly in the rain. I am really upset with these problems. Whenever I go to the service center I have told every problem but am still facing the same problems. I am very disappointed with your services. poor service....

Good staff but mechanics are not that good in identifying the real problems. This causes unnecessary expenditure on the repairs. If you own a Royal Enfield, you have to find a good and economical mechanic as youll be forced to visit him quite frequently.

The Service station for Royal Enfield Bikes is one of the best. I particularly like the Customer lounge for bikers. Mr Sunny, Service advisor attended me particularly well.

Great People, Service as expected

They dont bother about ur feedback. Taken appointment at 11.30 am and vehicle delivered at 4.30 pm and not even properly washed and when I complained the Service Manager dont accept his staffs mistake and told that it will get clean only by rubbing a cloth. Same thing happened earlier when I HV to take free service from there and now suffering bcos of ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with them that I had taken after the assurance from their service manager that everything will be taken care.

Infrastructure is good but but details in work missing

Workshop is closed on sunday, however every working person will get free time on sunday only. So, you guys should close it some other day apart from sunday. I got new interceptor, its my first service but i dont get time to come on weekdays..

It is really a nice place to have your enfield serviced but the mechanic are not reliable, so be careful and vigilant while having servicing else you have to pay extra 10% of required bill. Apart from this drawback, the mechanics have good knowledge about the machine but are more inclined towards financial gain.
