Good facility to buy and good stuff

Only Place to get Bajaj bike in this area. Customer service is very poor. You will never get answers over the phone, most of the time they dont pick your call. You have to visit personally. Limited varieties of bikes available. For some specific bikes you have to wait for long more than a month.

The bajaj bikes are of good quality.. but buying a bike from this dealer makes it difficult to have a bajaj bike..Very poor response from the salesman. Bikes are not available for test ride.I recommend other brand just due to the bad service of this dealer.

Visited bajaj showroom after too much difficulties to find it and when i reached there is not any showroom exists and when enquiryd about it then someone give nmber of showroom and one of them recevid and said me to visit after 10 days...they are keeping close it till 10 days that was too mch disturbing

Very rude behaviour of staff and no one interested there to attend you for any query..all are there bloody egoist thinking kids of super rich ....why have they been appointed there .....just for airing their attitude....bloody rascals .........no one getting payment more than 30000/ rs there except very few .....bloody I am getting 80000/ rs per month .....I have damn No attitude......Poor part on bajaj......ok bye bye bajaj. Bunch of thugs, i was quoted 4k more than price displayed on website. wrote a letter to Bajaj and they were on their knees and asked me not to complain online, anyways bought the bike and after 2 years the bike is in shambles. they dont provide service. no air filter is cleaned. now i am refused warranty on leaking shock absorber, heck even engine is leaking .. bad pulsar and bad service.

Very bad experience. Employees are egostic and lack of skills. They cant set clutch and tuning of bike properly. Service floor supervisor is a fool and dont know anything about bikes. After service I had to tune clutch and mixture from a local mechanic. They are thugs, dont visit there.

Very Poor dealing. Thugs. Non experience employee. When purchased bike a little problem of setting a rear tyre. I complaint several times for that but till now they are not solve my problem. so request to all no anyone buy from Partap bajaj chandigarh.

Greedy Staff.. They take advantage of monopoly in chandigarh bcz there is only one showroom of bajaj.

One of the worst customer experience had there, went to buy pulsar rs 200 in blue color, the bike was scratched from front all the packing was removed seats were dirty too and when asked for another said you have to wait for 45 days other than that they were not co operative at all took 2 hours and more still the docs were not processed and no courtsy at all no one asked for a tea or coffee got glass of water after 2 hours
