Very good store for buying and third class store for servicing. I reached the store from Himachal for trek servicing and a leaked shocker. They told me that they will charge 1300 for servicing. First they said come after 3 days that they don’t have time. We told them that they could have told on phone. Actually we had called them if we can come , they said yes .. they are available. Later they said agreed to service . Then their plan unfolded they said that I need to change the chain since it is damaged. I told them it is not .. so then they did not change it. Also I told them the problems with back gear which they were not able to solve. After 3 hours the servicing was done. I asked them have they rectified the shocker leak and chain. They said yes. I could not check the shocker , but the chain I could see. I told them several times that the chain has problem and just like excuse filled mechanic they made excuses that the chain is fjne. I was already getting late so I let it go. Coming on those the shocker , to my no surprise.. it was leaking. In the name of service they just polished the bicycle. I recommend anyone to not to go to servicing to them. Big time liars they are who are only concerned with profit and customer service can go the gutter .

Third class service. Its not more than a month the cycle I purchased from them started giving problem. When I took my bike at the shop they said they will charge for it I said the first service is free but they said no you have to pay for it. They gave me the damaged cycle when I asked them to change they said no they wont. Every second day it starts giving problem. Really regretting buying bicycle from them.

Pathetic service. Really no one attends there I was there standing outside for half an hour all they were saying just give me two minutes. Its my biggest regret that I bought bicycle from them. I got my bicycle serviced from them but after two days it again started giving problem. I got it serviced so many times but it again starts giving problem and its almost two months since I bought the bicycle from them. Really pathetic shop.

I have SCOTT Aspect 750 which was badly in need of a full service. So based on google recommendations went to this place and was thoroughly satisfied with the service.The Lady at the front desk (probably the owner) was very polite. She patiently understood the requirement and assigned a mechanic. I insisted on staying put to witness the service and was happily allowed.Coming to the mechanic ... “Rohit Verma” is very talented and meticulous with his methods of service. He carefully opened and serviced each part of my cycle with full professionalism. And post reassembling my cycle felt as good as new (not boasting)I’m thoroughly satisfied and will highly recommend this place for servicing of cycles.

I bought Acrolt 27.5 Elan from Sector 35 Firki store. Invoice no 899. They delivered bicycle at 8:30 PM on 1st Oct 2920 and on 2nd October at 3:00 AM Cycle pedal broke down after riding 24 km on plain road, disc brake stopped working, tyre rim displaced. I felt mentally harrassed at 3am in the morning the pedal broke down, I had to walk back 24kms to come back home..I was supposed to participate in 100kms cycle riding challenge on 2nd Oct but couldnt do that because of this bad experience..I wont recommend this outlet to anyone..really poor 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

A really terrible service. I spent 3800 rupees on a repair that did not last 40 kilometers. I ordered the change of the bearings and when I picked it up, I had changed the bearings, and the axle system, since they were not what I ordered, installing ones of much worse quality, and that they were not even the right size. When I contacted them, they tried to convince me that this was not the case, and they questioned whether I would have manipulated the wheel, when this was not the case. I am a person who travels for more than 20 years on bicycle, and I know the mechanics and the parts. I am totally disappointed with the technical service.......

Recently I went to this place to get my bicycle repaired I had misaligned wheel and one of the crank arms was bent and the Chain ring gear ⚙️ was also slightly bent at some places.So I got the wheel aligned to satisfactory condition.Chain Ring gear was earlier touching the rear fork so they just made it not to touch the fork and the chain is making churning sound i.e. not satisfactory.But the main issue is with the crank arm.They hammered 🔨 it and broke the outer plastic casing.Also in MTBs the crank arms have a curve but the mechanic totally straightened it and it feels odd while pedalling.Also the the wheel tube air caps were missing and when I asked about it the mechanic quickly said that there were no caps then I told the main person who clicked the pictures of cycle to show the picture to mechanic then the mechanic quickly got the caps from other bicycle. Same was with the crank arm DUST CAP which was also missing and he again persisted that there was none then I told him whether he wants to embarrass his owner as the pictures clicked earlier has every detail.Over all this shop has a big name but the mechanics are hathoda 🔨 maar liars and very unprofessional.They charge very high.My advice is to visit the local mechanic for repair.Also Starbucks and CCD are OVERRATED like you. (The owner mentioned Starbucks and CCD coffee in response to one of the person who made a negative review).in short the shop is UNCHI DUKAN FeeKA PAKWAN!
