Firstly when you go in, they will presume whether you are able to purchase a vehicle......If they assumed that you are not a worthy customer then its GAME OVER. You will sit there for hours and nobody will attend you. I hope they realize TVS is not their brand, they are not making it. Its their job to promote sales and not underestimating customers.

Sales staff of tvs chandigarh showroom dont know how to attend customer..... they have lots of attitude because they selling tvs flagship model RR310. But they dont know how to sell this motorcycle if yor ask to them about motorcycle he said this motorcycle has more power then other motorcycle and modes and motorcycle features is over even they dont know peak power of this motorcycle 😂😂😂😂😂

Today I am visit in chd TVS showroom in industrial area for bike RR310 enquiry but a salesman not guide me proply I ask him tell me about the bike but not good respond by him again I ask him for test drive he said not available etcAnd I am already a customer of TVS

I went there to change my chain set and front wheel bearing for Apache 180. They have all original spare parts. Also my front disk have jamming issue. Mechanic told me to replace master cylinder with a new one which he told cost 1450 and I told him that it was working fine yesterday then he told me to change it with the spare one available with the mechanic he told me that hell charge rs 500 extra for this. I had no option I paid him 500 and he replaced the front brake master cylinder assembly with a old one for 500. Their services are not the best but spare parts are original and you can sit properly as sitting space is available there which we miss while go for servicing. Servicing not the best just ok but they can provide the original spare parts at best cost And the reception staff is friendly specially a guy named Ajay he was attending each customer with full dedication and was very friendly.

I have purchased two tvs 100 bikes from them. Really nice dealing. Owner Mr. Nitin is too good, very humble and polite. Even now after two years of purchase, when my bike met with an accident, they help us in all documentation. I really appreciate their dealing.

They make wrong commitments....Liars.....Harras customers....dnt know the value of time and existing customers.....please please dnt ever buy TVS bike ...They will make a fool out of you...I ll never ever recommend this company to anyone...I do not know about sales but I faced all these issues in Workshop....The guy who is sitting in billing is a big liar....and they make pathetic excuses....They should be awarded with a Shield written LIARS on it....Friends please do not buy bike from TVS and dont ever go to the service.....

Excellent Relationship with Customer. Nice behavior of staff and Service manager. They are doing great work and also very friendly nature. Servicing your vehicle like own vehicle. Must Recommended for two wheeler service.

The staffs are good and supportive. In quick time the vechiles are serviced. Also incase a spare part is not available they raise a request and update you once it available.

On 3rd December i have sent my two wheeler for paid service. Service was good and i was satisfied with the services till yesterday. Today i was washing my bike and found first aid kit and general tools which are provided by company were missing from under the seat. I have called up service center to check as they might keep them aside while cleaning the bike after service but no response received after that. It is not a big thing but integrity is the big thing for me. I would never use this service center again.

Its my second experience they are not giving bikes for test ride.Last year I went there for Apache 200 test ride I dont get it.After that yesterday again I was there for Apache 310 but the reply was same no test ride bike available , then I asked them to give official number for complaint then they are given me the bike ,I think they dont need to sell the bikes

I love rtr 160 4v bike..best power.best mileage and very comfortable. The showroom members are very good and helpful.They help me to know everything about the bike...

It was a nice experience at tvs store. Mr. Lovepreet singh was really very cooperative and helpful there.

Its second day even after 10 15 calls . No answer or no call backs .. is it someones personal number ? .. atleast person should pickup call and tell potential customers that they are closed for the day... I am wondering if they will pickup my calls for after sale services..

Fraud company, owner mr Mr Nitin,s not know how ,s talk with any person, not respect for female employe all manager,s show rude and non cooperative behaviour.Sir, if you are the owner of such a big company,but sir, you do not have any manners to talk to the ladies.You have written that you run after taking salary, will you do explain a little bit about run after taking salary.Is it a crime to take salary after working in the entire month of office? And I had confirmed my manager before taking leave, he had told me that you can come back after the holiday and continue your job.And you know this too well, yet you are writing that not reporting for job forLong periods, its surprising!

This is for tvs bike service centre. Overall servics are good...like free wifi, complimentary tea coffee. Staff is good.

Very bad experience, totally fraud company, mrNitin MD tvs and service manager vinod misbehaved and using abusing language with my sister Vandana how can a company respect the customers? that does,nt respect its employee.

Totally fraud company, i am deepak goyal my wife vandana worked in this company one week ago, mr. vinod service manager in that company misguide and harrased to my wife, when me and my wife go to talk with company owner Mr. Nitin then mr. nitin using abusing language with me and my wife.

Very bad experience, Owner mr. Nitin using abusing language and misbehaved with my daughter-in-law.shame to you tvs.

It was the first experience here to buy tvs safety jacket. Not much to say,Customer service is good at that time.

Worst service after you purchase a bike from there..when you are going to buy a bike the staff was very soft spoken and even mr nitin g. But after buying if any fault in manufacturing then the staff behaviour is worst yeh to thoda sa scratch hai iski wajah. Even you have some work regarding a bike there staff behaviour is like you think why i bought a bike from there so pls think twice before buying a bike from that showroom.

Good place for bike servicing,well experienced mechanics are available, overall good experience with service but washing is really very bad.one can say literally its not washed by seeing the bike condition. Chandigarh autolinks should improve their washing if they want five-star rating.

I have seen very casual behaviour in my son case, where RC process was just pending from last 1.5month just because of incomplete and improper document and process from your end and we are just following you day by day. You doesnt feel any responsibility after receiving full payment. Very casual and irresponsible behaviour from your end.

No professional service, no proper cleaning of the Jupiter. I visited last sunday for my regular service and at the end when I saw it they didnt even proper washed my Jupiter. When I asked about it, a guy came and rub the cloth like he was doing it forcefully and even after that it was not cleaned properly.

Quite Spacious... Almost all the tvs models with different colours present here. But the customer service skills not up to the mark. And for some reasons providing Diwali schemes to not all customers but only 1st fifty customers. When I went there on 8th October was being told that out of 50, 48 slots for the scheme are filled. So by that logic I think there are now no Diwali schemes on Apache models available.

They do a decent service and provide AMC also. The staff here is polite and helpful. The waiting room is decent with television and newspaper facility and nice seating facility. They always hand over the vehicle before the expected delivery time. They have all the modern equipments to service your vehicle in a short period of time

They provide very poor after sales service and they dont know how to handle their customer. I dont know whether anybody in their service department know how to provide service to their customer or how to handle them................. Because of their negligence and lack understanding of the grievance of the customer, we the customer bear the burnt both financially and mentally. Not going to deal with these bunch of idiots and not going to suggest anyone to buy a TVS product atleast from this dealership.

Worst service center in chandigarh of TVS .they dont care about their customers. Only interested to make fool to customer and get money. No one is responsible for any thing. I took appointment for service but it took 3 Hrs only for washing of bike after complaint to manager.No one respect to their customers.

I serviced my bike here after having a Terrible experience in Ekam, panchkula. The staffs here were kind and tended to my bike service just like I had asked. My bike was returned in a very good condition. Loved the service. Thank you

Customer vehicle service is slow

Few days back i had a serious accident in which my bike was not in the condition to move so i took it to the service center to get it repaired and day before yesterday they delivered me the bike with a good amount of bill. I paid the bill and brought back the bike but while going back to home, suddenly the bike stopped in the middle of the road & i mearly saved myself from a car which was coming on a high speed. Also to bring it in your notice when i was trying to know what they had done while repairing the bike, the mechanic was rude and arrogant. It was my second time facing such humiliation and i am very disappointed with the services and hospitality provided by this service station. I am amazed to know if they are going to provide such kind of services how they are going to sustain in the heart of the city.

Not happy with sales staff. Yesterday I visit your show room to take a test ride of apache 160 the sales person who attended me he was nice he explains me everything about the vehicle and I told him that I am planning to buy this bike in next month before 10 of augest and today I call him but he did not pick my call then I call his senior I dont know who is he and I told him I am planning to purchase your apache 160 4 v in next month and I want to exchange my old vehicle then he said if you are planning to buy vehicle in next then talk in next month. There customer handling was very poor so my experience was not good.

I had a great experience when I bought an automatic scooter from them. They were really polite & friendly. Everything went smoothly and thats all I could ask for.
