I am giving 3 star because something is not good here. macnic work is appreciated, service is also good. but one thing that I noticed they manipulate people. let me explain I met some people those came here just for service. service charges is 1200 but some told me that they asked him 1500. Point is the guy paid 1500 not India he is from Africa so my point is why they charged more. one thing I want to add they manupulated in the sense of bike accessories like your some of part is working is 80% so they will ask its ot working you need to changed this. so in that case we have no idea. the African guy came 3 or 4th time he was paid 7k, 11k 2k. so please aware from this.

Dont believe any of the terrible reviews. This place is better than any of the previous service centres I have visited. Not only do they have all the major parts for repairs and maintenance, but also have a comfortable customer lounge to wait in when your bike is in service. You can go in any time and see how your bike is being treated. They always show you which part is being replaced so you can decide whether you want to replace it now or later. Moreover, you can choose to test ride any of the latest models and ask for offers if you wish to replace. The prices are as per the service book and accurately reflect the MRP on their packaging.

I have also yamaha fzs but they dont providing me just a break shoe pad very badly treating very poor service bad counter deals now Im sell my bike get the new 1 pulser Im happy with new bike ..and counter dealing is very great n easy (Bajaj is Bajaj not only power also cayring her countermeasures needs n problems) 🏍 1 like for Bajaj

Always spare parts are short.even they denied to sale spare parts.

Worst service experience , They do not allow to stand there , 0 level of satisfaction, they are not even having water dispensers for drinking water

Service is just okay, they do their work in their own pace and time, but they dont allow owners to keep a check on servicing which is pretty bad, there is no transparency in work, otherwise the staff is good.

The service centre people are loyal and generous.

Worst experince they force you to change the part even when not required but in actual they didnt change it they didnt let u check ur bike when service is getting done coz they told ur part is replaced and you pay for it but part was already working properly and they not change it they just loot you

Worest experience ever staff behaviourbike service every thing is badand they even dont allow you to check when they do serviceafter they completed my bike service i asked the person who did work on my bike that what you have done and his reply was he has only change the engine oil andthey gave me a bill of ₹825 for my 1st free service of bike

Vishal sirs team does a great job.

Located in the industrial area, this is the best service centre youll find in tricity.Servicing is excellent and is done under reasonable prices.It takes 2-4 hrs for servicing depending upon rush.

Never expected such.No 1 to inform you if your vehicle has been done.No sperate counter for billing. Its done at Spare Part room.No 1 at Reception. At least there should be a Lady.Some parts not available.No newspaper/ magazine at table.Desi style water serving. Its should be packed250ML cups.

Okish service, authorised but doesnt care much I had received a scratches bike odometer and they some adjustments liked increased bike rpm to bit more than required, rear tire was over tightened costed me some mileage issues.

Very slow service... Only one response to any problem that replace it with new. I visited there for leakage of petrol and some issue with carborator. My bike was with service center for 3 days and leakage problem was not solved and they was advising me to change the carborator. I went to local machanic and he finished the problem of carborator within 2hrs without replacing it.They (service centre) told me, there is some problem in engine and did engine work and made the bill of Rs 8000/-poor service..

Average service. Rates are somewhat high and staaf needs to be polite.
