They take your car but dont allow your entry in the showroom in the name of corona. You will get invoice if car is maruti make, but you will get handwritten paper in case you have any car other than maruti, because they are authorised centre of maruti only.

I experienced rattan motors services two times. I will share both experiences1. I had to extend my cars validity period and rattan motors are authorized dealer to provide certificate for that. Certificate cost is about 110 rupees but I had to spent around 1000 rupees for washing and other services. I am still ok with that as they provided some service, but they overcharged for the spare parts at least 2.5 times.2. My cars radio, indicators, and all electrical functions stopped. As their station was nearest, I went to them. They diagnosed that battery needs replacement and sold me a new battery. Still ok, but after one week same problem occurred again. I revisited them and now it is some electrical problem and they do not have an electrician, just advised me to get it checked from an electrician from somewhere else. If this was an electrical problem, why did they change battery on the first time?Biggest problem is that owner is arrogant and say ridiculous things if you say some thing about their high price.I will visit them again : never
