No response from the sales staff about availability of any bike.People of Chandigarh are buying from Indore (even models like street 750 which is in high supply).It seems they dont have a bike to sell now but wont admit it.The staff also needs to know how to maintain relations with existing customers.

Very bad showroom. The difference of attitude these sales guys have before and after selling a bike is monumental. No sense of talking, rude staff especially that Ashish Thapa, non disclosure of facts and no support for the customer whatsoever. I wish I could give a zero star rating but 1 is the minimum. I bought a Street Rod and have already given it away inside 2-3 months due to the bad customer service. Also there was no support from HD India headquarters.HOPE THOSE WHO DO BUY FROM THEM HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN ME

The Harley Davidson showroom right on the entrance of Elante cannot escape anyones eye. But specially if u r a bike lover. So my brother has been eyeing this devil bike from quiet some time, and of course with the price and everything, one cant plan this buy overnight. But of course one can modify his or her plans of the kind of bike According to the budget. So, we went to this showroom yesterday and of course just the look of bike was so smashing that one can buy that with those looks, but again we had to know the details. Now when we approached this guy there, with a great mood to finalise the deal but still to know any recent changes in the price. He first was hesitant and thn behaved as if he knows it all that which kind of customers buy or not. He started telling us stories that its nothing like splendour or Bajaj, but something bigger thn that. He was even rude when my brother wanted to sit and try if the height of bike suits his needs. I wish if us doctors would also start judging our patients like this, we would never have been able to treat one patient. I would really request you people to stop judging ur customers and be the guy who could really sell it.
