About the tyre products, they have good brands. Very professional staff at main office. The thing which I dislike here is about their labor workers, each one, water server to tyre fitment, is demanding some tip from Rs.50 to Rs.200 for serving water or doing tyre polish/caliper paint/tyre fitting. They say not to tell about this in front office. This reflects either they are not paid enough salaries or their nature is like this.So I would suggest carry your own water bottle/refreshment instead of getting served here.Suggestion to owner, please educate your labor staff, as this will impact your reputation, if not taken care. Please be vigilant at the service area to keep an eye on your staff.

The customer service is really bad. The staff and owners are rude. During my last tyre purchase in 2016 I went here to research, I was not attended properly so I purchased from other dealer.This time I decided to give them a shot, I bought Michelin Primacy 4. Really disappointed with the purchase experience. The behaviour of staff and owners is really rude. They just don’t appreciate that they have customers coming in. God knows how they treat customers after sales if I am being treated like this during my purchase.Will not recommend them to anyone ever.Take price quotes from them in writing beforehand.P.S.- This is a genuine customer not someone who bad mouth others unnecessarily.

My metenal uncle (mamu ji ) purchased alloy wheels for his swift 15 inch costed 20, 000 priced too high and also tyres bridgestone tyres i forgot model name but it costed 4500 per tyre and after using one month tyre got cut and they refused said tyre ke cut ki koi warrenty nahi hoti perthetic then he has to buy new tyre again

Bought Bridgestone tyres for my Honda City and they did fitted along with wheel balancing & alignment within half an hour. Dealing person is nice. Only issue I have that they charged 2% extra on payment made by credit card when Indian Government is promoting digital payments..

Went there in search of tyres for my scross car.... They promoted Yokohama and were not in support of Michelin....... Dealing was not good...... The salesman was changing the quotations very frequently..... Just left and moved to some other shop

I got my tyres fitted from Bansal. They are the expert in their field. They first asked about my requirements and then accordingly suggested me Continental tyres for my Superb. Now after new tyres, there is a huge difference in driving pleasure. There wheel alignment and wheel alignment system is very good. Workforce is also expert and very polite. I had gone with my family. There is spacious customer waiting area.

After the installation of alloys worth 24k they refused to give me receipt for the same stating that i have to pay 12.5% vat for the amount. Also cleverly they avoided my payment via credit card even when i agreed to pay 2% extra. Pathetic service and attitude. I regret my decision to go there and would never recommend anyone to go to this shop.
