Very bad staff, it feels Like they don’t want to work. Just asked us to call the toll free number, when we called there, they asked us to visit the bank….BAD!!

The CAM machine installed here remains inoperative for most of time specially during holidays. Services provided here are poor and the staff focuses only on generating business.

This branch is very help full all services are here however staff is also nice

Staff was courteous but it took us an hour for a task not more than 10 minutes. And the reason comes down to very basic things not working. Photostat machine is not working for almost 2 years now. On top of that printer either stopped working or the staff did not know how to get the print from that only one printer, but basically it added another 30 minutes delay to my task. On one occasion the staff member could not find any glue to paste my picture on application form and had to borrow the stapler from next desk. I also happened to witness the breakdown of one of the 3 ATMs over there during peak hours. I believe the breaking of machines is simply lack of regular maintenance and servicing and not a random coincidence as bank staff may indicate. Overall very sad and disappointing experience, totally opposite of what ICICI commercials show us.

ICICI Bank sector 35 C branch is really non cooperative branch. They denied to stamp my bank challan slip which was a legal process by british council. They are so rude to serve or give solution to some one . I was dealt in by its deputy Manger RahulMehtaSame happend with one if my friend in his company closure by the same bank branch fee days ago
