Very cooperative staff.. I had an unusual problem of not getting otp during net banking whilst my netbanking was operational since last 5 years. The staff personally intervened dedicatedly, updated me regularly and finally resolved it successfully...
Sector 32 is not a big branch.. staff is polite and helpful. Sometimes little crowded at deposit counter..

I had a word with miss Baljeet in loan account, regarding my personal loan account. She is very rude. When i complained that she is rude, she straight away said i am not in customer care and also said cares for customer is not in my KRA.
