Most inappropriate branch in Chandigarh closure are done before time bcs dont want to do anything as the time is over before time moreover deposit machine is always out of order and staff hesitate to accept deposit

Wanted to contact someone in I ICICI over phone, tried 4 diffrent numbers of customers care from their website, none was active dead no.s dead experience dead.....

Its so poor experience i was gone there regarding complaint that 14000 has gone from my account while using at one of their atm then they replied we cant do anythng.we dont knw .golmal icici

It was bullshit experience over there. i asked one of the employe that i just have the scaned copy of my id proof in my phone, is it is ok to have the photocopy of that. he said that wil be ok for changing 500 rupee note into 100. after standing in queue for 2 hours they said we need the original copy. we cant give you the money.employees are so rude. they dont even helped me. they wasted lot of my time and just said we cant do anything. they dont even apologised for what they had done.
