One can get his/her work done very easily in this branch. Staff is very helpful and polite. Wait time is usually less. Instabanking feature in Imobile app is very helpful for deposit and withdrawal. No need to fill the forms at bank. Just show the SMS and do you transactions 😊 ATM and cash deposit machine is also there.

It tooks a long time for your work to be done in the bank...Poor service as compared to other banks .

I was happy with the staff because the gentleman helped me to deposit money in the ATM machine and even changed the mutilated notes which were rejected by the machine. I am disappointed because the machine showed charges @ 5 for every 1000 rupees deposited which I agreed but ended up paying around RS 175 including GST etc. Firstly I wasnt sure about these changes, secondly when I agreed to the charges reflecting on the screen why was I charged differently. What kind of rule is this? Will you charge someone for depositing money into your own account if you are in a different city? Im sure not all banks are following this malpractice.
