It’s always a wonderful experience to visit Furtados. They have genuine variety of instruments at the store at the best price and have a very fast delivery service for ordered instruments. The staff is very polite, patient and will guide you thoroughly with everything. Personally, I have bought 2 guitars and an amp. Will visit again.

I wanted to purchase Yamaha Piano JU-109 but there was lockdown in Delhi hence there Delhi’s store was not operating , So I contacted the Chandigarh branch and Mr. Satnam there was very polite and attended me so nicely. He took order of the piano from me and delivered the Piano on time as soon as lockdown was eased. Very happy with the service and product.

Though they have good variety but the people on reception desk are not at all helpful and very poor service and the behavior is totally changed after you have paid the money. Reception people should be changed and service improved.

I recently bought a KORG EK-50 IN from this store and my overall experience was excellent. I needed the product to be home delivered and the service was very prompt and courteous. Yesterday, I went to Furtados Music in Sector-7 Chandigarh. I thought Furtados would be a nice place to go to figure out which would be the best guitar suited for my level of playing with the help of the sales staff there. But the salesperson seemed least interested to help. He basically wanted me to research online and find the information I need there only: even for the guitar I was holding in my hand at their store at that moment, he said, You can find out the material this Yamaha F310P is made of somewhere online.When I asked for a specific guitar model (Yamaha F310), I was told that they dont have it right now; maybe I should try coming back next week as they might have it in stock by then. However, as I was leaving the store, the same salesperson asked me if I wanted to buy the F310 right now, because then he can get it from the storage room right now.I was really confused and surprised by this that I just left the store.

Furtados in sector 7 Chandigarh is the best place to buy musical instruments and accessories. The staff is courteous and efficient. They have good range of guitars, keyboards and pianos apart from other instruments. At times u can avail good discounts. All major credit and debit cards are also accepted. Parking is an issue, sector 7 being a busy market with hardly any place for parking.

I went to this store first to buy some strings and a stand. The person was least interested in selling anything to us. I presume they have enough work and dont care about people asking about musical instruments and accessories. I went to another store and bought the accessories.

They have really nice collection of guitars, piano, drums and other musical instruments. Sales persons are nice and knowledgeable. Well maintained store. Must visit if really looking for some serious stuff.

The shop has reasonable range of products which helps customers to choose. Mostly you will find guitar and related accessories in the shop. If you are not well versed with the musical instrument must take along a person who is aware about instrument. The staff will not support or suggest you in selection of choice of the instrument. The shop needs a serious look into this matter.

Great place to find almost everything you need (as a musician of course! :P) They have got a wide collection of instruments to try and find the sound you like. Would recommend it any day

They sold used and defective acoustic guitar! Not recommended to buy any product from Furtados.

The staff is very inhospitable. Seems like a China shop, with their poilcy on touching and playing instruments. Either that or they have no idea how a music shop operates....if people want to jam, you let them play the instruments...thats how it is at almost every music shop.....they have a good collection of guitars and pianos. But I doubt Ill be visiting Furtados any time in future.

Good range of guitars. Would appreciate some higher end strats. Customer service is a bit dull.Update:Bought a squire acoustic guitar. The bridge came right off within a month. Took it to the shop again, where they offered to fix it for no cost. It took Furtados 4 weeks to fix after which the problem still persist. The glue used to repair the bridge is weak and of low quality. Repair services are bad and the technician is not available most of the times and probably does not know what hes doing. The people at the store do not have much knowledge on the instruments themselves.

Good place only if you know about music and instruments. Not very much help from the people there regarding what would be the best product for you. Didnt look much interestedin showing different products

A good music store and well organised. Staff is helpful and lets you play and decide. Furtados has its website also but you get a good discount in this shop. Availability of the desired model may be an issue. But they can arrange the model fast iff paid in advance. Overall i liked this shop very much. They have good range of guitars.

I bought a PRS electrical guitar, amp and accessories to go with the guitar. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Satnam helped me choose the right equipment. He has been very helpful during my subsequent visits to the store. I highly recommend the place.

Well I asked the person to please set the strings on my guitar but he told me to keep the guitar for a day and technician will come and set it, and extra charges for that I mean it literally takes 2 mins to set the strings. Good place not so good service.

One of the few music instrument store in Chandigarh, who do not keep accessories for instruments like covers for keyboard. My CTK-496 was getting older and required changing its bag but, did not get one at Furtados.

I purchased my first electric here... And instruments are kept in lovely condition ... Nice staff..
