Well my dog golden retriever was their with them for 2 days … he was well taken care of no tension I booked premium suite for him great facilities nice neat and clean …. I amHappy we have such great facilities for our lovely dogs when we are away will definitely use their facilities again for my dog 👍🏻👍🏻

We were very anxious to leave our beagle alone at a boarding but the staff at tri City kennel was amazing and ensured us they will take good care of our baby. They sent regular videos of him eating and gave him his eye drops daily. We were also allowed one video call per day. Their facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and gentle with dogs. This is the only place I would trust to keep my pet in while Im away.

I want to tell to every person who is reading my review that this Tri-City Kennels is one of the safest place for your pets they take care of pets like their own also the staff is very well trained, when I left my dog there they gave us regular updates about my dog also one of their employee Seema sent me regularly videos and also she calls me regularly to tell me about my dog.I am totally satisfied with the staff services.

Worst dog hostel ever..... I left my dog fr 7 days n when I came to pick him up, his coat was filled with ticks n the cages were soo smelly n dirty. After coming back home I removed around 50 ticks n now my dog has blood clots on his skin. Worst hostel ever. Giving one star cause cant give zero.Name of the dog: Oreo

Tri City kennels Norths best kennel and hostel. I was extremely worried about leaving my pet for 15 days with anyone but on the first day itself all my concerns were resolved. I was sent regular updates in the form of photos and videos without even having to ask.Dogs here are treated like their own. I am glad I found TRI-CITY KENNELS such a caring and homely environment. Excellent medical and grooming services for pets. Staff gives utmost attention to the pets. Highly recommended.

They will insist you to give them five star rating on Googe in exchange of some 100-150 discount. They are very clever. Thats Why the rating of this grooming center is high. Otherwise its not worth going there.

We have two dogs german shephard and husky. We wanted to get them trained so they stayed in the premium kennel. The service was amazing. They took care of them like their own. Played with them took them on walks. The trainer has ample knowledge and was very considerate about my little babies. Trained them properly. Mandeep mam was very helpful. She sent us videos on regular basis and cleared all the queries i had in mind. Overall experience was amazing. If required will take their service again.

Mydog was suffring from large wound maggots. Thanking doctors of tricity kennels for there good treatment given to my pet and taking good care of my let tiger in there critical care unit. Place is very neat and clean very impressed.

Tri-city kennels is the best place for pet Parents who really care about their pet. My fur boy scooby was there for 14 days and he has been really taken care of really well. The caretakers are very affectionate towards the pet. I used too get regular videos from them, mandeep always available there to update about all his activities. We have visited for the first time today and enjoyed our first experience. Oreo have a good time with proper grooming and bath. Doctor is readily available for checkup in case anything they found during grooming. We loved it and oreo enjoyed it more after all he got treat at the end.

Ive had to leave my dog at the kennel for some personal reasons and hes been there for almost 5 months now and I couldnt be more glad to have chosen them for the job. They take extremely good care of your pet and treat him like one of their own.All of this even though mine is a Indie dog. Ruhi and Neha have been absolute gems and have constantly sent me updates about him. The rest of their staff is just as good and very attentive.So, if you ever have to leave your dog for any duration of time then without a doubt leave them at Tricity Kennels. Solid 10/10 people!

Its been not a Good experience at all. My dog got infected in the eye with a Maggots larvae during the stay. Poor care was taken and even dog was not taken for outdoor for easing out .Highly dissatisfied with the staff and there is a tendency of minting money by the staff on the pretext of treatment. I would not recommend any one to leave his pet in unsafe hands.

Four days ago i got my dog(ny brother got him )into the Tricity kennel for the treatment of parvo .the manager refused to admit my pet into the kennel due to the possiblity of spread of parvo to other dogs in kennel.As it was very difficult for me to get my dog everyday morning evening..they understood my situation .co operated with me even in such a harsh situation without charging me anything extra or ingenuine which is worth appreciating.I have been to other vet hospitals in Tricity but no one came forward to deal with this situation .The manager is very humble and co operative including the staff.She even gave me more discount afterwards in charges.Now my dog has recovered from parvo and is healthy .I am too much glad and greatful to tricity kennls. thank you so much madam for listening to my problem
