Looks like company is on the path of closure. I have suffered a loss of about hundred thousand rupees due to buying the automatic water softener product form company but no proper installation, no after sales service, I have called and emailed everyone in company and I got no response. The local server cr guys have told that the employees are leaving the company very fast due to the anger they have to face from unsatisfactory service and shortages of service team. I have suggested the owner to sell the company and employees to search for new job as this is a failed company.For my part, may be I will be one of the persons who will punch the nails in its coffin.

If there was a minus star rating I’d give them a minus 5. This has got to be he worst service provider in chandigarh. I am changing from ZeroB to another water purifier company only because of the after services or the lack thereof. Their employees who come to do the service are inexperienced and useless. Instead of fixing the one problem you have, the spoil another part and then ask for payment for the new part whereas I am left with 2 problems instead of the one I called them for. The management are careless and rude and don’t care for their clients at all and instead tell us that if we want to maintain relations with zerob then we will have to pay for the part their employee spoilt.Do not recommend them to anyone.
