The worst experience ever. They did not provide me the toiletries. When I asked for that, they said it is only provided when asked by the guest. The room was dirty, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. There were no slippers. No security at the entrance. We checked out early in the morning. There was only 1 person at the reception. No security guard was there. Staffs were not well dressed.

It’s a good hotel but according to the room price they are not providing you the service. Rooms are clean, food was ok but please is you want to waste your money atleast stay in a 5star hotel. You will for sure regret staying there

It was a big mistake staying in this hotel. The staff is exceptionally rude. Service is poorest. Dirty bedsheets and towels were in such a bad condition. At around 11 pm, we asked for water bottle. After making 15 calls, no staff was able to tell, which department will send the bottles in the room and they started disconnecting the calls. After making atleast 20 calls one of the staff members agreed to send the bottles. After waiting for 15 more minutes, the person finally came with 2 chilled water bottles. We requested for normal water which finally arrived after 15 more minutes. Now the waiter held the gate and asked for cash payment right away. We asked to add the amount in our bill but he refused and held the gate, tried to enter the room forcefully which made us scared as if he was about to harm us. We really felt scared and asked him to take the bottles back. Out of no courtesy he went with the bottles and we locked the door. At around 12 midnight, the door knocked again and there was another waiter who came with glasses and cup, dont know why. Such huge brand name and pathetic service, worst experience ever.

Amazing restaurant in the heart of the city for freshly brewed beer, snacks, and hanging out with friends and family.

It is a good buy for price , but doesnt match level of 5 star hotels atleast in food quality. Rooms are decent but missing eminities and were also not very active in providing them.

Worst service I have ever seen in the world. If I could give -5 I could be more happy. Serving was too slow and food was getting cold manager was making excuses that it was because of air conditioning with a very bad attitude 😒.I recommend avoid visiting until they make their service atleast good.

Worst experience.Roof of washroom was dripping.Switches were broken.Asked for water at night, but got it in the morning..that too after calling 5-6 times.Damaged washbasin.Cupboard and refrigerator area damaged.

Pathetic hotel with small rooms, un-cooperative staff and pathetic service. We were denied to entertain guests even for a few hours. We were denied for Cutlery for having our own food. We never got any room slippers despite several requests. Furthermore, the Room service number was always engaged and never answered. The people on the front desk were absolutely un-cooperative.Not recommended at all!Worst hotel stay experience ever considering it was a 4 star hotel.

A very nice, budget friendly hotel in the downtown area. It hall is also spacious for guest performance functions with adequate marking facilities. Rooms are also well-appointed at your execution with all the facilities. Food is not that outstanding and there is room for improvement in the hotel, but you can have dinner choices around the hotel.

Located in the heart of Chandigarh, this hotel is very well located when visiting Chandigarh but that’s where everything good about it stops.There’s no dedicated parking or valet, the hotel is located in a commercial area and parking is common and one has to pay for it to the municipal corporation.The entire interior even though renovated looks drab and dark as the colours chosen everywhere range from being dark grey to black.On entering my room, I was shocked to notice that it didn’t have a fridge, when we contacted reception about it they said you can store your products in our reception fridge when I went ballistic upon hearing this lack of a professional response they said they’d get a fridge installed in our room by unplugging it from another room, half an hour passed by and nothing happened, I saw some cleaning staff in another room and paid them a small tip to do what reception had promised and didn’t do.It took another half an hour for a new fridge to be installed in our room.There’s not a single hook in the bathroom to take off clothes and hang them, we had to take turns leaving the room in order to get dressed outside of the bathroom.We had to ask for a face towel and hand towel as we were provided with only two bath towels.There was a water leak in the roof of our bathroom and the blinds didn’t go all the way down to provide complete privacy.All the furniture like doors and tables and chairs were of extremely poor quality, even the window didn’t have a latch, I used a plastic stirrer to keep it open.The electric kettle in the room worked well but I was shocked to see the lid was broken and it fell completely off when I was pouring hot water out of it.Even some light fixtures in our room were broken and never repaired.At the time of checkout, there was a young boy at reception, his name was Gurmeet, even when we can called twice to make sure our bill was ready as we wanted to leave promptly at 10 A.M, I saw him standing idly playing with his mobile, when I asked him to make out my bill there and then another guest who was waiting at the lobby said she was waiting for the same for the last ten minutes without any clarity, he told us that there were three to four check outs ergo he couldn’t have moved faster, the counter next to him was empty and I had seen him standing alone when I went to breakfast.All in all, I’ll never visit this hotel ever again and hopefully my detailed review will save many people from making this mistake.

Hotel Piccadily is located in a posh area of Chandigarh at Sector 22, close to the Sector 17 ISBT and core area of the city. The hotel ensures proper safety and hygiene practices right from the entrance. The staffs are very courteous and they clean the room right before checking in. I was asked to wait for 10 mins at the hotel reception for ensuring cleaning before they hand over the room. The elevators are often sanitized as well. The keys and other items were kept in individual plastic wraps to avoid contact and were taken out only when they have to be handed over. Sanitizer and Masks are available on request. The hotel had prompt room service and things were given at a quick notice. I had asked for coffee and suger sachets several times and I received them as soon as possible. The hotel staffs are very helpful. They helped me with late check out, when the entire hotel was running ful due to a marriage being held in the premises. I am thankful to Hotel Piccadily for making my stay very comfortable at Chandigarh. Looking forward for another comfortable stay at this property soon.

A well located, nice hotel with a fine decor and construction. But I would strongly advise you to first check out the room as it seems that some rooms are so close to the kitchen exhausts that there is a constant mechanical background noise that continues past midnight till the kitchens close. Also there was no hot water when I had to get ready for a early morning check out which had already been informed to the front desk.

Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation in just in time. The catch was we (2rooms) were just below the gym. Thankfully they were able to switch us to new rooms as guests checked out. A nice hotel at the heart of the city. Big spacious room and comfortable stay. Good friendly staff. Only drawback in the cold breakfast being served in the morning. Only by raising a complaint, they provide the food as requested. Overall a nice experience.

Clean rooms, great food. The location is also great and you can easily find cabs from here.Would benefit from more courteous staff. The staff has been cheated a lot of times it seems, and it has become anxious over a lot of general concerns guests might have.

Staff was very polite and cooperative. location of hotel and its attached restaurant enhanced pleasure of my stay there. Esp in winters I found it very cozy due to carpeted floor. Freshly brewed beer was great in taste and food was tailored to our taste as well.

Booked this hotel on Make My Trip so got a decent discount. The rooms are well lit and have good ventilation. They are also huge. The in-house restaurant also serves amazing food. Only if there was a pool, it would have been beyond amazing experience.

I stayed in a suite room. Very nice room. Neat and clean with the required facilities. Room service was quite good. Breakfast buffet has good spread. Location of the hotel makes it even better. Important locations are near by.

Though its centrally located but ambiance is not up to the mark. Rooms are well kept and are reasonably clean. Ample parking space in front of hotel. You can find good food joints next to hotel.

Its a four star property situated in main market of sector 22. Hall is somewhat small and scattered. rest everything is perfect.

Hotel location is good... rooms r clean.... reception guys r need to learn some manners... door lock was a big problem for us... door lock was faulty most of the time in our two night stay... one more thing this hotel don’t have pen drive slot in most of their TV sets .... only few rooms have TV sets with pen drive slot... parking is not free. ...and yes every room has a small refrigerator but it is out of order most of the time ... overall rooms r costly... room service or other service personnel r courteous...

This hotel is better than many many branded hotels in an around Chandigarh. Its located at heart of Chandigarh, and is truly value for money. I was staying in another Hotel, but I came here to pay visit to my colleague. The room was sufficiently large.The rooms service need more professionalism, which is why Im rating it 4/5

Over all a very nice mid range hotel except that my room had a constant background sound which I thought was the ac but turned out to be the kitchen exhausts which started early in the morning and continued post midnight.

Big banks, food joints and big brands stores are just a step away from you.2. Rooms are wonderful and specious and let me say this with full confidence that its rooms gives a tough fight to Taj Chandigarh and James.3. Ambiance during night food will surely set your mood.Areas to work1. Area in front of reception need more attention. It doesnt gives you that premium feel.2. Room service team need to be more active. Response rate is too slow.3. Checklist is missing here also. I am finding it too common now a days in all the hotels. But it is a good practice to check your list before handing over the room.
