At my first visit with my friend this place was cool. This place is made for families and all public without any ticket. Its free totally. You can enjoy there but photography options are also there. My took lot of photos there. Its not only nominated Japanese Park only but also you will saw Japanese people walking there. One trouble that I found at cab booking time its seems little difficult for us that place because all the cabs take lot of time to reach there. so with my own experience I told this. Evening and morning are almost always crowded due to local residents. Japanese gardens have exercise equipment for local communities. Clean and green. Different different activities you can do there.

Nice location to squeeze out relaxed time in stressful time. Statue and land scape are beautiful, people must maintain its beauty. People around go and treat as picnic spot to eat and make dirty 😂😂. Cab and auto are easily available, walking around is safe and less traffic. Many statue are damaged due to the disease of SELFEEE 🔥😂😂. People must not allowed to touch and damage the property.👍

Beautifully developed giving a deep insight into the Japanese culture...Although I couldnt understand the reason to put a dragon in the park as its connected to the Chinese culture...Anyways, its a must visit place for a nice trip and great photoshoot with friends...

There are two gardens bifurcated by a main road.... Beautiful, calm, lush green garden in sector 31. It has two parts which are joined by an underground pathway. I almost missed the other half thinking *this must be it*There are statutes depicting Japanese culture and influence, paintings and the best part is the dragon slide and swings. It is a peaceful and a good place to go for a walk or a small picnic.There is a canteen for food and drinks plus there are always Ice-cream vendors outside it.

One of the best places in Chandigarh for casual strolls, jogging, exercising, practicing yoga or to spend some time with loved ones. The Japanese Park is a theme based park. The park has been landscaped which makes it look beautiful. It is full of small and big structures depicting Japanese Culture. There is no entry fees. One can also meditate here peacefully. It also has a few rides for children like slides and swings. The park, which is divided in two parts by a road, is connected by a subway. Under the subway there are a few eateries or apparel shops. Also, there are some exquisite paintings in the subway depicting Japanese Culture. The park is a great sight for the eyes. One must definitely visit Japanese Park if one visits Chandigarh.

Nice place for a days picnic ESP if the weather is generous to you. Vast spread with greenery all around, statues, stone sculptures and various Japanese symbolic statues. You can also spot a Buddha statue. Eatables are allowed inside, so you can very well plan a eat out over there. There is no ticket to the garden. Small photogenic trees, sculptures can be spotted easily. At the end, there is Japanese house type structure with a little doll museum inside.

A well maintained park for morning evening walk and picnic. There are many places to sit and relax, kids have spacious grass fields to play around. There is wash rooms in both the sides of the park. There is no entry fees. One small shop below the road serves small snacks and drinks.Park is maintained really well with no littering around which is really appreciated.

Japanese garden is a great picnic place for family and friends. I visit here on 23/12/18 and there was not water in its reservoirs...so i think there is no proper maintenance. Apart this it is not very big as used to think about it. And there is only one tower of Pagoda that yiu can see in pictures. Overall it is just a picnic spot otherwise you can leave it in 15-20 minutes..nothing much to see

Japanese garden Chandigarh is one of the most beautiful garden in the City it is situated in sector 31 of this beautiful Smart City and is the latest addition to its architecture. It has green belt Garden which is based on Japanese architecture. Whosoever visit Chandigarh always visit this beautiful garden which is famous for its Japanese style architecture made out of waste bodies pagodas Towers, Buddhist idols and Golden bamboos. Visiting along with family and friends would be great if you have your own snacks, to littering here and there is prohibited strictly and rule violators may face fine.

Its a good garden for a picnic spot and the ambience and the environment there is just superb. Lots of greenery present and great scenes there for great photography. The only thing I want in this garden is swings, slides for childrens as well. Its a good place having the potential to become a great garden.

If you want to enjoy nature at its best then Japanese Park is must to visit. Great for kids and children. A good place for joggers. Basically couples has made this Park as a love. So this is one of the best parks for the couples. This park is also famous for Pre wedding and post wedding photo shoots.

As the name suggests the garden tries to replicate a traditional Japanese garden and my first assumption would be this is still being upgraded. The Pagoda seen as main attraction of the garden should ideally be fed with recycled water and a nice water body should be created. Garden is being well maintained and no charges to visit the garden. Multiple entry points facilitate easy access. The garden is on both sides of the road and it has a lovely walking / jogging track. Elderly people and kids should enjoy the ambience.

This place is relaxing and has a good view. If you are tired roaming around Chandigarh then hop into this place and spend some time here. There is a small snack shop in case if you are hungry or get thirsty. Theres no drinking water facility but there are two restrooms. I havent noticed a single security guard or any member who can help you or guide you. People are friendly though. There was no water in the crocodile park so that was the only missing beauty. Overall thumbs up to this place.

Good Garden styled on Japanese architecture..It was built in 2 phases..It is very clean, Peaceful and Green.There are many sculptures of Japan.Gautam Buddha,Yin yan and one Japanese styled building..Even the trees are Japanese styled..There is also a pond and fountain..The phase2 has a big Flag in it..It has other amenities like hotel and washroom..

Great place to have a walk in sector 31. Really loved the concept of underway which connects two parks.

One of the best place to spend your evenings with loved ones. The area has spread around quarters of Air Force personnel. Based on the theme of Japan , its a mini picnic spot. While roaming around the parks you can get glimpses of Chinook helicopter. The NCC Headquarters of CHANDIGARH wings is situated just adjacent to it. The west entrance has a gigantic tricolour which looks fabulous with hills on background when looked from entrance. Overall its clean and hygienic place to jog or doing exercises or yoga. Kudos to administration.
