Unprofessional staff, jaisa ye admission lete time bolte hai ki ye facilities, professional teachers provide krenge lekin aisa kuch nhi hai. Bhut hi ganda institute hai. Unscrupulous HR department. No doubt it renders best coaching for IELTS. But its way to treat the staff is not appropriate. Not the best place for job. As they deduct 10%or one month salary as a security and do not return it after serving the notice period. Provides experience certificate after 1 year. The HR department dont even pick the call if u ask for security or certificate or even mistreated their ex-employees.

Worst cordinator amritpal singh and his member priya they both have no etiquette and manners how to deal with students and teachers even he disrespect the teachers also many teachers given resign because of this cordinator amritpal singh he has no knowledge so please its humble request to grey matters chandigarh please change the cordinator and put him on the place of waiter .

Horrible experience. Big liars and cheaters. Charging high fees and services are terrible. Most of the times they dont take speaking classes of student. Ones they said we dont have staff for speaking practice manage it by yourself. They even promised to give study material but later said we are out of stock pay Rs 30.Staff humiliate students and pressurize students to do what academy wants them to do. They even dont have enough staff and facility to cater students.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I got my friend’s visa application though them and they did a pathetic job! Firstly they got him enrolled in a wrong program ( not related to his previous studies). Secondly, they didn’t even piled up the files in proper manner! And finally one of their employee ‘” mandeep singh ”didn’t even accepted their mistake which they made and said the program is ok and the file can be reapplied under the same course!jasbir mam was good as she accepted the mistake and asked for another chance to mend up with the mistake made. But we don’t trust them as mandeep singh was trying to sneak behind unreasonable points and denying the fat that they made a huge mistake and played with someone’s future!

Their attendant Mr. Rajeev offered me a course fee of 15000 for a month and when I went to join the classes, he simply refused and started asking me for 19000 rupees instead. Later I went to other facility where I was ignored disrespectfully.My advice would be to do a bit more research of your own and choose your ielts Institute wisely.
