For some reason I was unable to book an online appointment via Apples website so I started calling the service centers. Out of the 3 in chandigarh only F1 picked up my call and promptly scheduled a slot on the very same day.Covid precautions are being taken and its great to see that. Coming to the actual support, I was pretty sure my devices needed a replacement and the outcome was the same. The front desk person was confused about the LCD bleeding issue but when a technician came in, he immediately filed a replacement request with Apple. In 5 business days I got my new device.All in all, a good support center by Apple!

They don’t follow apple’s code of conduct. Not worth your time or money. The service staff dont have the professional or proper knowledge to sort your issues.Dont even bother calling their number ousted above, doesnt work.

Actuly there are three stores Apple, Realme and Asus laptops. You have to call them first to book your appointment because without appointment they do not entertain yoy. I visited this store to repair my damaged realme ear buds Q. I gave them my ear buds and they replaced my ear buds with new buds. It was very good experience with only one shorting on the appointment part. otherwise it was very good

Never PRE DEPOSIT ANY MONEY for REPAIR,THEY STOLE MY 4142rs OUT OF IT without providing REPAIRS!!!!!!They are worst customer service provider in WHOLE WORLD. Literally they take months for doing everything. It’s like they are hedging on your deposited money! NEVER GO THERE, THEY WILL EVEN MAKE YOU HATE APPLE products ITSELF!!!! The staff will not listen to your problems. They will just do their own investigations and treatment irrespective of the problem with the device. Few male staff are very rude, seems like they are only good for maintaining social distancing and hand hygiene.I wasted my one precious week with this service provider with zero results. Overall a very frustrating experience.My advice to not buy Apple products because of the poor customer services.

Probably running a sub standard fraud centerTheyll charge you upfront but most likely will return your product with no resolution or any improvements.I submitted my macbook Air with them, when I collected it back, it ran for a couple of hours and then crashed completely to never turn on ever again!Please check their genuinety before proceeding for repairs with them.I had to lose my macbook Air, i am writing this for others caught in similar situation as mine.Please try and visit another store/centre for you Apple repair requirements.

This is relating to the Apple one.. If you are out of warranty, you are out of luck.. Rather than repairing broken device at a nominal price, they will quote you a price that is way too high, like more than 50% of the price you bought the device for. You would rather buy a new device.

Was glad to see the that most of the manpower was women. Infact apart from the main technician evryone in the team from enquiry at the door to the receiptionist is a woman. May be because of 30% manpower allowed rule during Covid 19 situation.Very professional and well behaved.

I have been here twice for ASUS mobile issue and what i observe is that the old lady at the counter behaves like she owns the company and was behaving rude with almost everyone, either she was attending the calls or talking in-person. It feels like she is doing some kind of a favor on us by responding our to query/questions, Sometimes she will ignore the queries of the customers. Reception is not customer friendly, they try to confuse you more and more about your product that first you should remove all the data from your device only then we can check what is problem in your device ( customer is telling them that when i fill 80% of space of my device, the touch of phone doesn’t work and the receptionist says that sir first we have to format your device only then we can check what is the problem) and second thing they say that for the replacement of your earphones you have to bring your phone which is in warranty else we can not change the earphones whether you have bill or not .Very worst experience of this care centerEven they don’t display token number on their screen and they “serve” on the basis of “favourites or knowns first”

Worst service I have ever seen in iPhone care. They just trying to figure out how to let the customer go, instead of focusing on resolving the problem moreover, staff doesn’t have manner to talk or they’re very unprofessional.

Staff needs to be little more warm. If apple presents itself as something high class or above everyone else in competition. Than plz. Ensure your outsourced repair centers should present same. It was like visited some very cheap outlet and staff.

2 stars since its a bit cheaper for diagnostics that the one in sector 35.I went there for my apple MacBook Air 13 that was getting auto cut. The diagnosis charges were 1,800 here which were 2,500 at sector 35 Uni service centre. However, I didnt like the service centre since they asked for 48,000 to replace the entire mother board. I went to another place in sector 20 and got the same board repaired for 3,500.A new air costs nearly 60,000 and therfore not worth it to only replace the motherboard for 48,000.I understand that being a service centre, they are not allowed to repair anything on the board, however, the prices are excruciating and they do not give any feedback regarding what the error is even through we pay the diagnosis charges. I would have liked it if they would have given a genuine advice to get it repaired from outside or have just told what the issue exactly is than just stating that the board needs to be replaced.

They use token system for handling queries. The staff is very clear about all outcomes while explaining the devices situation. The service is quite good !!!They also arrange feedback calls to verify if your device was serviced properly or not. Prices are the ones set by Apple so no issues here.

Not meant for real iPhone repair. It’s only for with in warranty help. They won’t touch the article in case of water damage. My iPhone is working absolutely fine but a bit of water entered once so they say it can’t be repaired. They finally agreed after lot of request and that too on my second visit after 15 days.

The service station attends to customer by getting prior appointment, but their telephone does not respond.

Very bad service! Went there to get iPhone battery replacement. Was told that it will take 15-20 days to receive battery, I have to pay upfront, someone will call me once battery is received and I have to show up in exactly 2-3 days from the call or the battery will be sent back to Apple and the money I paid will be Non-refundable.. I asked if this was their policy OR Apples? I was told this was Apples policy so I called Apple and they confirmed that Apple does not have any such policy.. so these guys gave me misleading information and are running a scam.. quite honestly if someone is not available to come to their shop in between the advised 2-3 days due to personal reasons be ready to pay again.. which according to me is against all Consumer rights! They should reflect on this policy and make reforms.. too bad for Apples customer retention because people think this is Apples enfirced policy when its not..

Bad Experience like anything, Lady sitting on front desk she is totally immature and don’t know how to handle customer. Just Bull Shit coming here, my iphone is in warranty and i want cleaning of my phone charging slot, receiver speaker and loudspeaker and replace of side button. But she told me they are not covered in warranty and just trying to escape. She don’t even open job sheet. Just height of nonsense they are making their customers fool. Not recommend anyone to buy apple because of their cheap service.For your reference, attached bill which was purchased from Apple Imperia Store.

People are supportive and nice. Got my iPhone resolved and fixed in minutes. Not proper ventilation there though for the waiting customers. Also the AC is only at the front area of the waiting area and doesnt reach the back. Before going there just hope that you get to have a seat in the front.

I have experienced very good service from them as compared to UNICORN APPLE in 35B Chandigarh. My iphone’s display(iphone in warrenty) was showing black spot on the top left corner,when I visited to unicorn apple they have seen and said its a minor spot ans screen is completely normal and said we can’t do anything , but when I visited to f1 info solution in 22A they heard the problem and seen if there is any water damage or not and had kept the phone and replaced the display after 4 days.

I wish there was an option if Zero rating. Long waiting time, phone number mentioned never ever got answered. Trying for more than 4 days now.They are offering repair on manufacturing fault in phone rather than replacing it!
