I specifically wanted to give a review because it is very important for new customers to know the truth !The owners are SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL, it is unbelievable. They don’t let any customer leave unhappy. Their dealing is FABULOUS. Every designer sitting on each computer is very professional and respectful too. I wish all of them an abundance of customers for all times to come !!!!

The quality of prints is great, however, the owners dont really care about customer service. They cater to clients who they want to and have very long waiting hours. They are not at all considerate for deadlines. Extremely disappointing! I havent just experienced this once but twice or thrice. Its like, one should be prepared for the fact that they have to spend minimum 2 hours at the place so that the work is done!While yall have mentioned about one stop instant solution for printing, you should also mention how yall are soo good that you dontt have time to cater to clients!

Pricing and quality is good but customer service is very poor. No one to attend and if you ask for help around no one bothers to help or they dont respond in a proper manner.

Long waiting times, very unprofessional dealing of the main guys dealing with customers. The working staff is helpful, but there is a lot of chaos at the place. It seems they don’t care about their customer satisfaction or their reviews. With such customer service, it’s just a matter of time that the online printing services with kick-them away from the market.

Their printing is extremely good but they have horribly long waiting periods even for those who just want a printout. Suggest they have a separate department for design and a dedicated team to handle design ready printouts. Avoid in evenings.

Our team had a terrible experience at their office. They did not complete their task on committed time, forgot the prices they had quoted us and overall, it was a costly experience in terms of time and energy.

It is best place for designing and printing solutions . Be it maps, visiting cards, brochure etc documents,, to vinyl types of media print, to customized pens engraving, medallions, wood, tshirts etc printing.. if you have a printing question - capital graphics had a solution to that.

Pathetic Service. Printing always delayed. If someone had to come here be ready to waste your entire day to wait for your work. Not at all responsive. Only caters to clients who they want to.

Thorough professional and stay committed to their deadlines. Printing quality is worth the praise. Have the latest machinery thus the execution work tends to be fast. Footfall is quite alot because of which the staff takes time to cater you individually, hence some patience is required.

Awesome quality of work and standardised prices

They have an amazing procedure to get your work done. We went to them to get some menus printed and had the best experience!! We got our menus designed, printed and handed over to us withingota day and a half!! Amazing design that they did, amazing product quality and absolutely amazing customer service!

Excellent place to get all your printing needs satisfied. I asked for 50 magazines each customized to a separately to be printed within a day, and they not only delivered on that promise, but before placing the order they even treated me to a sample of my final product. Apart from the printing service they have a team of talented designers working tirelessly to cater to the customers specification.When you go into the shop, you may have to wait a while. Personally when I went their I couldnt even find room to stand.

Got number printing done for an Argentina World Cup Jersey. The designer was extremely patient and was brilliant at his work.Overall very satisfied with the output.Price was good too.

They dont have that great service for irregular clients. Been here for more than 10 hours seen how regular n irregular clients are treated. Better think before you waste your time over to my side my designs were already there just needed to be printed and put in shape but they had just screwed my time for the same 6+4 hours.

Very good printing solution in tri-city. Service is very slow. Sometimes you have to rush yourself to get things done. Staff is good but there is lack of system.

Every time i go there it takes minimum 3 hr to a work of 30 mins UPDATE......they got my laser cutting wrong and when they started doing it again...they took a break in middle and i have to wait for another hour......NEVER COMING BACK HERE.....!

Capital graphics is basically a digital printing studio where you can get any kind of digital printing done , be it cards posters, visiting cards, letter heads , tshirts etc etc. There are lots of services available instantly so it is the first place you think about when u r in hurry to get a job done. The quality of machines is good and the designers are also very patient persons and they keep doing different options till the client is satisfied but the place is very chaotic . There is no system of giving a job order in any sequence, so you could be patiently waiting your turn while someone who has come after you will be serviced first . Also there is no decent restroom which is a big problem because you may spend more than 2hours to get the work done . Also the place needs more cleanliness and organising.

Cheats, not recommended. I ordered a poster print from them. Since I was from far away place than Chandigarh, I had a telephonic contact with them and they had to send it to me in bus, they charged me 1100/- for 1 meter square poster size and the quality was so bad. It was bending from every direction. Not recommended. They are ample options in Sector 17 other than this. They cheated me and printed on a low quality texture and charged way high prices.

Microcon2016 was one of PGI s biggest conferences. The entire printing was handled by Mr Nipun and his hardworking, talented and efficient team. They were extremely professional and worked day and night to ensure that we got whatever we needed at the earliest possible. The pricing is extremely reasonable and the quality of the products was excellent. Over all it was a very pleasant experience working with them. Right from lanyards to delegate badges to certificates, to stationery ( books,pens, souvenir, clear bags, writing pads, folders, stickers, tent cards etc) they took care of everything. This is one company you can always rely on. Each and every worker went that extra mile just to ensure that things were completed on time. However late it was, they always greeted me with a smile.
