Once they receive the package without delivering they mark delivered, if complaint raised from the ordered stores then they initiate the delivery , this they are doing on packages which have not controlled by OTP. I have lost packages 4 times , I have wasted my time to buy stuffs then this ecom chandi , nalanda delivery persons are enjoying the goods. Nice business .
