Taste is very good, quantity is good.... i have just deducted one star for late service. Sometimes some items take way to long to get to us... rest its good restro with amazing ambiance.

Loved the ambience and place. We had a family dinner today. They need to work on quick service and try to serve within time. Otherwise the food quality was overall good. Also i felt the quantity could be increased a little as per price. I loved the chello kebab (actually good try and the kebabs was superb), cheese garlic naan and lahori chicken.

Ok there are food spices part are Medium. That new dish like chicken cutlet is too tasty. Little bit spicy ,little bit jaljira. Adequate thing mixed properlly. Schezwan noodles are tasty and good. But that garlic fish is not at all tasty dont have a proper taste of garlic

The interior and the vibe is very nice...The food is tasty but they took too much time to serve...Due to current covid situation ,every restaurant should took safety precautions but there was no temperature check up and no sanitization ..

A very good place to dine out. Newly opened. But, within a few days it has become popular in the town. I personally have been there on my birthday. That was a great experience. Again, I chose the restaurant yesterday. Here are some photos of their dishes as well as the interior and exterior.

September 2021 :Chicken Manchow Soup, Hakka Noodles, Chilli Chicken, Fried Rice & Veg Manchurian!Honest review - I have been to Hakka Please a few times before and I loved their Chinese food the first time I ate there. However, this time when I went a few days ago, their quality had degraded a lot. The noodles being offered now are thicker than before, all types of gravy or soup have the same flavour and both the rice and noodles were Bland! You can see the difference in noodles in the two pictures. Highly disappointing!March 2021 : Good ambience and customer service! We ordered Lat Ma Kai Chicken and it tasted good. The chicken was tender and the flavours were nice.

Chicken Reshmi tikka butter masalaNow, coming towards its taste :The chicken and egg chicken noodles quantity was pretty good and enough. The noodles contained enough chunks of chicken and egg. The taste was immensely flavorful. It was medium spicy exactly how authentic chinese noodles tastes ....The veg and chicken fried rice was too tasty. The crunchyness of the veggies inside the fried rice was too good and its sweetness lifted the taste. The chicken fried rice contained enough amount of shredded chicken.The chicken manchurian was too spicy and was going so good with the noodles. The chicken was soft and juicy. The masala and saucyness of the gravy was too good. And it was going too well with the noodles.The chicken Reshmi tikka butter masala was the best item among all the dishes. The Reshmi chicken was so soft and juicy and a slight smoky flavour of the chicken has enhanced the entire taste of the dish. The combination of fried rice with chicken Reshmi tikka butter masala was so good that I was speechless. This place is located in the heart of chandannagore. The overall ambience is very good. The music, lights, colors all adds a very lively vibe to the place.Coming to food, For starters we had Cheese balls, Pan fried chilli fish, Smoked chicken. I would definitely recommend smoked chicken because it had a very different yet nice taste to it. Pan fried chilli fish was on saltier side according to my taste buds, Cheese balls were good but I think it is over hyped. For main course we had chicken triple rice with garlic fish on side. Both tasted nice.Overall a worthy visit for Chinese lovers.

Nice ambience, definitely try the Drums of heaven it tastes awesome and also recommend the Singapore mixed noodles. They were out of stock for dessert sadly so missed it. Also no drinks mentioned in the menu, would love to see some additions.

Pros- Ambience is simple and soothing We ordered pan fried chilli fish, mixed noodles and caramel pudding. The food was good in both quality and quantity. Specially the chilli fish! It was really delicious. I would like to have it again.Cons- You have to wait almost 30-35 minutes. So visit this place when youve ample time.

Considering the pandemic situation, there was no hygiene followed. No temperature check up, no sanitisation and even the waiter was not wearing any mask. I would recommend for the waiter to be more professional. There was miscommunication in food ordering, we ordered chicken babycorn soup, but we received veg babycorn soup. But the soup was good. Also we ordered mixed noodles, which was also good. It was not much spicy and it had that hakka feel, a bit on the homely side, which we liked. Ambience is nice. Another thing which i liked are the sitting arrangement, there was a mix of different kind of furniture, which gave the restaurant a nice cool look.

Very good quality of food at Hakka Please. Excellent ambience with live music here. Mixed Hakka noodles with chilli chicken gravy excellent dishes. Staff behavior is great attitude. It is located at G.T road at Chandannagar. It is near from chandannagar ghat... Great order system

One star for bad behaviour and not tesy foods. I have ordered mix noodles (as Hakka named) thaught it can very testy like quality restaurant as per thair ADS but very low quality noodle served. As well as the quantity is not adequate as per the price. Do not recommend any one.

This is popular food joint across Chandannagar. The quality of the food is okay. The interior is cozy and good for family parties and outings. The price of the food is slightly over priced as compared with the quality and quanity of the food. Its a bit overhyped food joint which gained popularity among youngsters.

Food : Food was good in taste, I would say. Chinese dishes were more inclined towards authentic rather than the Indianized versions we get everywhere. Proper use of herbs and sauces as expected from standard chinese cuisine. Starters were pretty good too, properly marinated and use of proper seasonings. No garnishing and food decor at-all. All items were freshly prepared and well cooked as expected. Mutton items not available at lunch time(1:30 PM), specifying that they havent started cokking mutton yet!!Ambience : Ambience is a hybrid of a cafe and a restaurant. Not much appealing to the eye. No aesthetics and subtleness missing.Staff and Guest reception : Staff and waiter ill trained, no culinary skills and no serving skills too. Staff behaviour was very courteous though. Long serving time and no maintenance of meal course. Starters/appetizers and main course served either together at wide time gaps.Overall just a 3star.Food we had ordered(for 5) : Manchow Soup, Chilly Garlic Prawn, Pan fried chilly fish, Cheesy fried prawn, Chicken chello kebab (mutton was not available), butter garlic fish, butter garlic chicken, mix korean rice and caramel pudding.

Food quality is below average. Some food items(fish/prawn) are not fresh. Hospitality is near to zero. Waiting time is almost 2 hours on occasions. I have seen one of the fellow customer( family person) left the restaurant @10p.m without food after 2 hours of waiting.P.S: you might loose your seat to owners friend aftet several hours of waiting

Food quality was very poor. Not satisfied with the quantity either. The ambience is good. The most disappointing fact is that they took almost an hour to serve cheese balls which is supposed to be the quickest starter. As the restaurant is newly opened , we expected that the price would be on the cheaper side. But again what we thought went in vain. We had a funny experience , the waiter who served us started defaming their own restaurant . We were astound to see such abnormal , immature behaviour. Overall, worst experience.

Specially, I want to mention that the name as it suggests Hakka Please seems like an authentic Chinese restaurant but Hakka wasnt even in their list.😒

I was there recently on an occasion thats my first visit to the restaurant I ordered our food at 8.07 pm and got it at 10.55pm1. they have very poor quality of service.2.Staffs dont coordinate with each other.3. Some staffs are too arrogant they behave like the people r here to eat for free .4. The owner was busy getting seats for his friends other than the people waiting in the line for hours.5.They are pretty much careless about the facts what the customers are going through. Some customers were literally fighting for seats and heckling each other and the restaurant staff as well.* Food was okayish shrimps were just bad , will try another time if I find any changes in my experience will update my review for sure.

The management of this restaurant is very very poor .They cant handle crowds .Theyll make customers sit for 2 hours waiting for food .The service is too bad .They dont have any fair system of alloting tables to customers , they will give the table to their own kith and kin .Very disappointed .There are a lot of better options in chandannagar who have good customer service.

Well, to begin with its a new and exciting place. The ambience and decor are soothing. The staffs are good too.Now, about the food. I must say they have a long way to go in terms of cooking. The chicken mushroom soup was good. Next we had Malaysian noodles. It was nothing unique in terms of its taste and style of cooking. The tandoori roti was soft and well baked. But the chelo kebab was quite disappointing. The rice severely lacked herbs and salt. The kebabs were more or less ok. But there was no sauted vegetables in the platter.The place needs more work!

Good tasty food, value for money. The management is courteous and are trying to improve. The floor space is small though as compared to they competitors in Chandannagar. Well what matters is how long they can hold on to this 5 star rating from me. La Bistro failed to impress from day one because of their poor quantity as compared to the price and quality was so-so. Royal Biriyani still held on to their top position (I am keep out bhooter raja dilo bor for now) because of their ambience, staff, food quality and quantity, until recently this prime factor, food quality and quantity started to decline there.Hakka Please I was very much impressed with the food here. Please keep it up..
