The store ambience is decent and most of the billing guys are decent. But today, the sales guy, I was trying to seek some help from was too busy with his PubG on phone with high phone volume. And, when my mum asked questions, his responses were only rude head nods and zero communication. And, the shoe models of Bata have been same for last 20 years and I’m not sure why I keep going back.....

Bata oulet @ Champapet, staff is rude and not even care to show the footwear, they tell me one rate and after billing i came to know the price is more than what the boy yild me, thereby i lost my 180 points and it is the reckless attitude of the staff which leads to the losing of points.
