View from the property is amazing. If you want uninterrupted view, Go for room no 39 or 40

Really loved the place in the beautiful rural Lansdowne. The staff was courteous and professional, were always available on call and did not take much time to serve the customers. The place was not difficult to find, the surroundings are soothing and the villas are clean and neat. There were no maintenance issues. Everything was available in the villa if someone wanted to make food for themselves (toaster, induction, utensils, refrigerator). The booking process was also very smooth and the people were very welcoming. The overall experience was pretty amazing and would recommend groups as well as families to give it a try. (Families can also bring their pets with them). Special mention to Siddhant to help me out with all the doubts.

Beautiful place for peaceful and relaxing stay. Away from the hustle bustle in your own private villa. Would love to visit again.

It was NOT the best experience and we had to leave disappointed and on a very sour note.Firstly, DO NOT TRUST all the pictures that they share with you. They are probably a couple of years old and do not justify what you would actually get. The views are now obstructed by Trees outside their villas everywhere. We tried to look for an alternate cottage to be able to atleast sit on the terrace and look over the valley, but were extremely disappointed at the deception that was. We tried to discuss the matter, but the coordinators / booking agents, Sidhant and Jatin, DID NOTHING. They would pass on responsibility to the local management, who would be helpless and you would be stuck with a less than average experience.For the price that they charge, their cottages were NOT that great. When we reached our cottage around 4 PM, it wasnt ready to check in. We were told to wait for 2 hours coz it was under renovation. I do not understand why would you sell an under construction cottage to someone. It was very noisy all around because of the construction work at other cottages as well.On complaining about the issues that we faced, we were told -(1) By the Local management - It is not our responsibility because we did not book you guys. We did not share these pictures and we do not claim them to be ours. Please talk to Jatin and Sidhant.(2) By the booking assistants, Jatin and Sidhant - Please talk to the local managementOh, and their General Manager was NOT AVAILABLE for a comment. Coz he would refuse to talk to you directly or pick up your phone. You will be left hanging and be passed around like a ping pong ball.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. It was a pretty disappointing vacay and we ended up paying a lot of money for services we were promised and did not receive.Their only and only saving grace is the average food and the local employees because obviously, thei belong to the hills and are innately nice. They are salaried and are not their to mint money out of deceiving their guests.

Well, would have taken atleast 1 star off for the small issues here and there, but given the pandemic and how hard it must have been for the hospitality industry.. its not easy to maintain such a huge property.Cottages are as good as the photo shared by the property. Nice huge 2 bed rooms with Huge windows to nice views. Decent enough full working kitchen with everything you may need. Bathroom are nice n big.Theres a tv as well, but I doubt one would want to watch a tv there.I would recommend to ask for the last cottage if possible, they got the best view.Staffs are friendly as they come in hills.One major issue I faced was poor mobile connectivity. I couldnt do work from hills 😁Food is ok, theres a dhaba at walkable distance. And a small market not very far... Maybe few minutes drive from here.Having own car is must here.Explore the area.. too many places you can just walk down to.Over all I had very memorable experience.Would probably visit again.

Peaceful villas, away from Lansdowne.Prefer for longer stays. Helpful management and staff.

Very good location under the concept of A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Full privacy and golden time to be close to nature.
