Had lunch late and they were kind enough to serve good, fresh and hot food with decent service. Rates were good too. Ironically next day we expected lunch at same time which they denied. So inconsistent services.

I have been their on a business trip, its amazing experience, definitely not try other next time. Overall experience very good with this Hotel. Right from the reception till room everything is perfect.

My overall experience was horrible. The rooms walls were damped with moisture all around. We ordered food, it arrived very late. The food was cold and portions were small, thus very costly. No toiletries were provided although claiming to be three star property online. Shower was leaking. There is no lift. The hotels owner was especially very rude. Since hotels food was not good at all, we ordered the food from outside and the owner denied the entry although we were not given any such instructions at check in. She talked to us in a very rude manner saying that she was doing us a favor to let us eat food in her hotel. She also denied her workers to deliver crockery to us. Very unpolite and unprofessional owner. My humble request, please dont waste your money at this doomed hotel and go somewhere else. Any other place would be better.

Never book through oyo. They will never give rooms if you book through oyo. Also they will not remove their listing from oyo. Only if your booking is above 1500 they will give room

One of the worst hotels of the city. No Parking, No Tata Sky, Even No fans. The fan was kept in the cup board and to my horror, when I asked them to open the window, they said it doesnt open. 😈😈 Later they got a pedestal fan, it provided some relief.I personally think such properties should be banned from sale and duping the travellers in a big way.

Location is very good. It is near center of Chamba. Service was pretty good. Cost is okay with respect to service.

Dont book via Oyo ...this hotel will not entertain if they see price drop...ACC to my personal experience I will rate it below 1 star ..they didnt give me opportunity to actually see the interior of hotels as they denied my booking through Oyo and the behaviour was also very rude..it might be a case with me only but I want you all to know that avoid this through Oyo..

Recently had a stay here. I felt the hotel owners have provided good furniture, bedding, curtains n good size room n toilets. But the staff there has spoilt the hotel badly. There is no maintenance at all. There is all of dust and uncleaned bedding n washroom. Only piece of advice for the owners to please take care and maintain some standard with basic cleaniness and amenities. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was there with my parents .those who are 70 yr old .it was diffcult for them to walk .so they had purchase wheel chair on the spotIt was really great humanity.they made all food for them.thanks

Very pathetic service. Never experienced worst service like this before. I booked this hotel through oyo and got a discounted price however when me and my friends reached there they denied on check in stating that price is not applicable and asked us to pay the discounted price. The owner asked us to call OYO and ask to confirm who will be paying the discounted amount for 1 hour we all were standing outside trying to reach oyo & hotel didnt allow us in.and then we payed the extra amount and then she allowed us to in after 1:30 mins. Till now we didnt get response from oyo on refund.. Very pathetic and worst service by OYO and hotel.

As requested i have now shared the copy of the actual invoice received fron the property.Let me brief once again the issue been experienced for this particular booking via OYO.Property owner denied check in at hotel stating they have revosed their rate card, however OYO didnot update the same in their system.Since we could not check in we called the customer care atleast 15times and spent over 2 hours standing infront of the property looking for further assistance, however my calls were transfered over and over again to so called concerned department, however the call was always dropped in between.When i got an opportunity to be able to speak to some one named Atharvha from customer care team he said he will send property a new invoice where i would not be require to pay anything additional from our end.However evemtually he disconnected the call too.I kept trying but no luck, 7people waited for more than 2 hours standing outside the property waitong for an assistance.Later i got an email that OYO has cancelled my booking and when i verified the same with the property owner, she has informed that OYO has Auto Checked in My booking, which means i am not eligible for any refund and the new invoice which the property later received for the same bookong ID has a revised amount of INR 6941 /-,The balance amount to be paid at property demanded as per new invooce was INR 3303 /-We were forced than to pay the balance amount of INR 3303 at property to avoid further inconveniences.Also property owner has forced us to cancel the booking from our end and abused us and also the OYO representative she spoke with.About the experices of our stay at hotel was horrible.There was no power for 2 rooms, and lot of disturbamces even created at 2am IST.The booking i have made includes breakfast for all travllers however we were also denied breakfast at property and owner stated they do not have any imformation that the breakfast is included in the booking.This is the story which i probably have explained over 10times yesterday and didnot received any assistance from your customer care.Awaiting your further escalation on this matter ASAP

I dnt know how to express myself... but, its the 1st tym m writing a review... but, its not for me... its for the people.After 8 hr hectic journey... we reached at hotel around 6 pm... we hv booking through oyo...after reaching , the owner... just denied our booking... as she upgraded her tariff plan. The owner let us wait 2 hours infront of the hotel as she hv some ongoing dispute with oyo... bt, oyo denied it..After that , when oyo told the owner to let us in... the owner again denied our entry and she charged extra money.Dnt know whts our fault... bt, it was the worst experience in my whole lyfe...Guys be aware of this kind of hotel services...they knows only how to loot money from guests....i wl gv 0 star if i can...Hwever....this kinda hotel should be closed and company like oyo shouldn’t promote this kinda hotel....

This hotelier was the worst and most rude person I have ever visited. Booked this hotel from OYO, but hotel denied our checkin. It was cold and very late in night. We were with family. We were forced to book this same hotel for a double price. This hotel lacks basic facilities as electricity in all the rooms. They just trap travelers and make you pay huge amount for there pathetic service. Security is also a big issue here.
