Mr Shaid and team do not care about customer problems specially after sales. I had bought this LG washing machine from Devi 2 years back and machine worked well for 1.2 years and then problem started coming more then 15 times i have lodged complaint with LG customer care with no resolution nor replacement from the brand. Calls and messages to Shaid go un attended always no sympathy and no care ideally even the LG staff coming to service said that the machine needs replacement and devi international should force the brand to replace the machine but still devi international simply does not care about the customer . Whoever buying from Devi please be careful and warned of this kind of experience which will be very poor and disappointing

***Threats made while delivering refrigerator***My friend had his refrigerator delivered yesterday but the delivery folks demanded Rs 1000 to deliver to the first floor. I purchased haier tv 2 days back, they have given me a refurbished tv.. technician who will be coming install the tv came and installed saw a vertical lines. So they did not replace the tv . They repaired the same tv in my home and installed same.. worst experience

Worst customer service after buying the product! We purchased a aquaguard water purifier 4 months back. It had problems for 5-6 times within a span of 3 months. We are asking for replacement after we came to know from a service personnel that it has major manufacturing defects, pcb is gone, tds keeps changing by itself. They gave FALSE assurances that it is a small issue when we raised for replacement within a month. We were drinking water with tds of 30 even without our knowledge!! We will have to spend 2-3k everytime this happens after the free service is over. We have been calling natraj but of no use. The purpose of using water purifier is itself not served . Pathetic response and worst customer after service.The problem is still not resolved!!Edit: I have previously purchased products from here which were good. The recent days service is really really bad. I have seen many reviews where they have sold refurbished products to the customers recently. Beware of buying products from here.

I bought a Samsung freeze last Saturday from the store and it was delivered to me next day and they charged me 500 rs as delivery charges.The product was having dent which was recognised when the Samsung demo guy opened it. I placed a replacement request which is not delivered yet. The guys are asking me to again pay the transportation even if this was not my mistake. Very pathetic way of dealing with customers.

Good place to buy electronic goods. But it is not organised, well placed, displayed shop. It is ugly, haphazard, unruly, unhygienic shop area. You will feel as if you are in 1950-60 era while shopping. No modern day shopping comforts provided to customers. Management is only concerned about making profit and not thought of attracting buyers with latest sales counter comforts, providing technical information on products. It is nightmare for customers. Still astonished to see so many buyers thronging to the shop.

During its initial days the quality of service was good. Off late the service is pathetic. Especially the sales executives who only give false assurances and mislead while purchasing the products. Once you purchase it will start with delay in installing and extra charges for installing which they don’t mention during purchase. Post purchase service for minor issues will never get solved as they don’t respond on time, even if they do it’s only going to be false assurances. Better avoid this place unless you don’t want quality post purchase service. If your paying the same amount their are much better places which cater quality service. Even after this if you want to purchase but avoid the fraud service executive RK. (Pic attached) He’s one big fraud who cheats ppl by giving false assurances.

They get you the right product at best available price. The prices are always best when compared to other stores around. Even when compared to the online prices. Delivery of the product takes around 3-4 days if you stay far. So thats something I hope theyll pick up.

Hi all,This particular dealer is no doubt well known in the city for dealing with electronic products, having said that I have had a very pathetic experience in the recent days with the same.I had purchased a Panasonic Smart TV on 03.06.2020, right from the promised delivery date to the time they had to co-ordinate with the manufacturer for a demonstration was all delayed. It has been more than 2 days of delivery and the demo has still not been given.Also when spoken to the manufacturer, we later learnt that there has been similar incidents in the past which has only gone in vain as the dealer has gone deaf to customer grievances.I would suggest buyers to please think twice before buying anything from this outlet, they have simply taken their popularity to their head and letting consumers suffer.

Ive been buying (I mean my family) electronics from the past 2 decades, and I was quite overwhelmed with the service and the price he used to sell at. That was a big deal back then when there were no online stores to sell at a lower price.Forward to 2019, I bought 2 Panasonic ACs from Devi International. Mr Narendra gave it at a really good price saying that we were a regular customer and its his service to keep a loyal customer happy. When I received the indoor and the out door unit, I was astonished to see that the outdoor unit was completely damaged. He replaced two of my outdoor units thrice. Ok done. They came screwed up the installation along with the drilling and stuff and left. When I started using the AC, the AC remote had an array of scratches on it. It was damaged. Bubbles were coming out of the protective plastic. Went to the service centre nearly 5 times during this period to get this solved. After this experience Ive slowly started to realize that the retailer sells used or refurbished goods to customers at a lower price. As a customer you feel that he is doing a great job of reducing the price of the product, but in reality he is actually selling you a 2nd hand product. Its not like I havent faced problems with the previous products, they did start showing some issues after a year or two and I thought it was normal since all electronic appliances cannot be guaranteed.But after this experience, catching this guy red hand. I understand his mode of business to retain the customers. This is not only me saying, Ive even spoken to the Area Sales Manager of Panasonic company and he told me the same. Generally when you buy any product, the company technicians come visit your home to fix it. But this guy lies and misguides the customer saying that there is no such service from the company and he will send a few agents to get your job done. These are just local agents who dont know anything on how to do the job and guess what they charge you extra on top of that and you have to keep making repeating phone calls to get it fixed.All these comes with a nice discounted second half device, fooling customer saying that he is giving you at a really low price so that you come back to him again and the extra pain of making phone calls and following up with things. I shall even attach the remote and the outdoor units I received on the day of delivery. And to my amusement, he even claims that damage like that is manageable and nothing should happen to its Operation. But that is not what I paid for right.I would definitely advise anyone reading this review to think twice before purchasing any product from this dealer. Please dont get fooled by the DISCOUNTED price that he sells at.You can check out the images as well. This was the product I received from him, straight out of his godown. And the says these kind of damages to the copper fins are fine.

We have bought many products from here and buying is an easy experience. But Delivery has always been a nightmare. The Delivery ppl are very rude and demand minimum of 300/- tips whereas no delivery charges will be mentioned while buying.We will not be shopping from here anymore due to delivery issues, even though products quality is good.

You will get a good rate for the products but the installation time takes many days and multiple follow-ups to be made. My friend recommended me to buy online which is more hassle free based on such experience.

We have bought most of our electronic products from here over a dozen years.... But this time Im totally disappointed with the sales executive..!!! He sold and billed us a 465 ltr refrigerator without knowing if it was in stock or not!!! Its been a week and its yet to be delivered. He has been giving different reasons each day... doesnt have the courtesy to apologise or give proper information.With virtual lockdown...I dont even know when our purchase will be delivered. :(((The delay is only because of his negligence!

They said product is available.Update : At first, they gave reason as driver is not available. Its understandable but after making lot of calls, they said product itself is not available.Somehow they delivered the product on 9th may after escalating a lot, they charged 1000rs for delivering the product that to not in good condition. They said theyll not deliver without agreeing to pay for 1000rs. They didnt even provide a slip for paying 1000rs.Theyll not mention about the delivery charges while booking. 0 customer service. Ul suffer for sure if you buy anything from here.They said LG installation will not happen until lockdown is over. Also asked us to open the box by ourselves. They dont care about customer service.But when I called LG customer care directly, they took my request and also said they would send someone soon based on our situation in our area.The box which has arrived is in bad condition, seems like they sent a display piece. Well come to know once LG service team arrives.

I have purchased a mobile oppo f17 pro from this store Devi international store in Jayanagar 2nd block, on 26th of jan, till now i have sent this mobile to a service center twice, and when i am asking for the solution one of the employee suggest me for an buy back, i purchased this for 19.4k, and now not even a 3mnths they are asking price of 10k is this the service you people are providing to a customer???? Avoid . Be Careful while purchasing Air conditioners especially Samsung. While purchasing they will collect 1500 in cash for installation and promise to install ASAP after delivery . However it might take 3 days for someone to turn up after repeated follow up. Rs 3000 to 4000 extra will be charged for installation claiming Additional copper wire , electrical wire, Bracket/ stand, water pipe, Tape, three pin . If you need to drill the wall and for AEH wiring an additional 1000 to 2000 will be charged . Ask the Installation teams to provide complete installation cost with spare parts cost before he starts doing any work. These guys don’t do the job properly and create a mess in the house . They are Rude and start shouting once the work is complete. Don’t pay for installation while purchasing and get the same done from other vendors who do it professionally.

We had booked 2 AC and since 10 days running pillar to post for the delivery. They havnt even saved our number and every time we call them, they ask who is calling!!?? I never had such a bad experience. Even its not worth one star. I advice buyers to opt for some other show rooms even you have to pay some Rs. 500/to 1000/extra cos u will be stress free. I visited this outlet 28.07.2020. I was eagerly waiting to visit. But when i entered the store my expectations just drowned, totally disappointing. We were looking into refrigerators but there was no stocks and no display items too. No sales person to explain us properly. When i inquired for delivery OMG it takes a week...!! I was like OK I made a mistake by expecting more. Better we can buy online and visit other outlets than this where they wont respect customers.
