Very bad HR management system about employees attendance and overtime hour for employees

Good experience to work with it.Very well mannered and well behaved working managements.Well treated to every workers.All are good.Best company for fresher to learn new things.Some good things for freshers:-1.first thing is supervisor and line leaders are very friendly as compared to other company where they treat you like dog.2.work loada are less as compared to other company.3.no body will force you for anything.4.you can do a lot of over time or extra working if you want and no body will force you , yes they will ask you for.5.you can laern many things because of friendly staff.Only bad thing is here you will work under third party labour contractor.All other things are good.
