A grotto build in1904 by Fr. Charles Ploemeur OFM Cap. at Chainpuri (Asarapada)- Thandla as a fulfillment of a vow made to Mother Mary of Lurdesat the time of plague. Then King Udaysingh gave permission to built this historical Mandri.
