Just called to enquire as I want my sons tonsils removed. I spoke to Anet, but she did most of the talking aka interrupting. Initially I let her talk, but she was so rude and disrespectful - poor Dr Kobus definitely wont see us and Im sure we not the first potential patients he loses because of someone with no etiquette, manners or professionalism. You canNOT answer the phone in any business and make your potential clients/patients feel like they a nuisance.
