Friday last I bought an Epson XP-4100 printer from the Carlisle branch. It is a fantastic bit of kit which exceeds my already high expectations of the Epson brand. Buying from a small local business is a far better experience than the national stores (youll be needing 3 years insurance...) or the faceless Internet. These guys know their stuff and Im really pleased that a friend had the kindness to recommend DTec to me. Thank you.

I purchased a gaming computer here for my sons birthday, they provided me with great advice on what i might need to play his games. A couple of days later i needed some help getting the sims game to work i gave them a call and they went into my new computer remotely and got it sorted. I asked how much i owed for this but they said it was all part of the service. My son couldnt be happier with his new computer.

Very friendly shop, provide you with all the answers, easy to ask questions. The pricing seems good too. I rang them once and they were easy to talk to on the phone. All in all, good service, friendly, experienced staff. I would recommend.

Couldnt really get around the direction

I used to shop here for PC parts all the time, and until now was happy with their services, but recently my mother took her PC for a repair to the Carlisle branch, where she received a replacement hard drive, she was charged £150, i thought this seemed expensive, so after sourcing the exact model of hardware online, i found it to be worth roughly £25-£30, now transferring the data over and swapping the hard drives out is a 10-20 minute job max, i know this because ive done in my own computers, so they charged £120! for labour? Id love them to try and justify that. I just wish shed have came to me first, could have saved her a whole lot of money. Personally I feel like they took advantage of my not so tech savvy mother, sorry to say i will no longer be recommending their services anymore.

I took my laptop in for 100% an disc usage error which was idd because the laptop was next to new and undiagnosable to everyone else. After a few checks, a new version of windows and a new ssd hard drive, d tec released the full potential of my laptop. No more delay in loading. Quite f EU frankly its now the best laptop Ive ever had had. I cant thank you enough. Money well spent. Would highly recommend.

They replaced a broken screen on my laptop, i was surprised to find they had the screen in the shop as other places wanted to send my laptop away or order a screen in. The job was sorted a couple of hours after i dropped it off. Very happy with the service!

Took my pc in for audio faults explained it was pc not speakers, day later was told it was speakers not pc. Ok so went to pc world bought speakers returned to dtec said try these guess what speakers didn’t work, once bitten twice shyLISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKES LIFE SIMPLE

Could not fix my tablet which is fair enough but cracked the glass screen & the glass screen protector! I was going to use them as spares because I have another tablet. Well its broken anyway is in my opinion not an apology or very professional!

Took my computer and monitor in to Dtec as I was having problems with the graphics not populating correctly. They fixed it in an hour! Brilliant service.

Havent got a clue what the hell im doing on the computer and a big problem with running two screens and it was causing all sorts of problems with the computer it caused all sorts of problems and in the end it crashed the first tower big time. Bob on the number three button could not not of done anymore for me. Considering it was all my fault he sorted it all out at no cost. Then after that I had to call as I couldnt get the internet on wifi, this was with a dongle Id bought from Dtech but still as Id bought the screen and tower he was good enough to spend time with me and also sorted. all of my internet out aswellI can not thank him enough for all of his time and help and putting up with me as Im useless on the computer. I would recommend them to anyone cheers Bob and sorry for being a pain in the buttPeter

Bought a desktop, Printer/scanner & monitor from D Tec a few weeks ago. They downloaded all requested material from my old system & installed the new system with no problems whatsoever. Steve has also called in to fix some problems I had with a new keyboard & speakers (not purchased through D Tec) & soon had all the issues fixed.I would certainly recommend D Tec Carlisle to anyone, a fantastic job guys!!
