Ive ordered from these guys many times and have received great coffee in a timely fashion. I had one problem, and customer service took care of it very nicely. Not sure why the bad reviews about customer service, but my experience with these guys has been top knotch.

LOV there rewards program! Thats the icing on the cake! The amount of flavored coffee DECAF.... NOBODY can compare to them AND PRICE! I give it as gifts ,housewarming,etc. Its the best.

I worked at Rook coffee in New Jersey for a short period of time where I became very passionate and a little pretentious about the coffee I drink. My Manager was a coffee guru and had all this incredible knowledge about the chemistry behind a good cup of coffee. I love coffee am because its nice getting the savings on ordering 5lb bags of coffee for my family and I. On top of that even the cheaper coffees still maintain very high levels of quality, and the roast charts have always been accurate. The best coffees do come at a price, but are well worth buying a 1lb bag that you keep hidden from everyone else.

Avoid this place, horrible deceptive pictures on website, outrageous shipping costs and not to mention a non-existent customer service department.I bought many syrups, decided to place an order for a sauce. The Website shows picture with pump so I added to the cart. Item arrived with no pump, come to find out if you go to the item description it says in small wording that the pump is not included, however if you add it directly to cart from the search or category, as I did, then you never see that the pump is not included. They provide the option to add to cart without clicking on the description so pictures should be accurate or have the disclaimer on the picture itself.All their competitors have a picture without the pump but they choose to be deceptive and show the product with the pump attached. Their customer service will do nothing to help make it right despite being 100% at fault. Instead they will try to make you seem at fault. Horrible company, save your money and go to SeattleCoffeeGear, they will not treat customers this way.

Love the many, MANY flavored coffee choices in decaf and regular, drip grind or whole bean. Always roasted when ordered, so absolutely FRESH!!

Per Brian (supervisor) They dont Provide a Roasted date because they dont want to! PERIOD!! If you dont Provide documentation on when you roast your beans its because you dont want your customers to know how old it is. By the way that comment came from a supervisor

I have ordered from this co. for many years now over 30 orders and its always very good qualitythat said they did have a bit of a prob with my last order around 16 aug 2020 and the email i sent went unanswered i grew concerned but they finally emailed me back and explained there was only 2 peps left able to work of there reguler 7 person staff due to covid and they where behind on orders and replies to email and phone msgs.They were very nice and polite and professional and got me stratined out quickly .im not sure what the prob was with engineer libby and carla where but they were very good with meBottom line excellent coffee roast fresh to order and good prices :)ps try the tanzanian peaberry its a great lite med roastthank you susan and Brian your amazing attitude and help was spot on

Ive been ordering our coffee beans from CoffeeAM for over 20 years. In all that time I have only had one issue (with FedEx delivery and not the fault of CoffeeAM), and CoffeeAM immediately shipped us a new box. Great product (Brazilian Santos) and great service have made me a long-time customer!

I am in agreement with Libby and Karla ... their customer service is nonexistent with regards to my order. My recent order, and only the second time Ive order from them will be my last order with them.I have written them several times since, following what was to be the delivery date of July 20th 2020. They have never responded to my emails. I wrote one of them directly on their site providing my order number and two emails responding to the order status email at the bottom of their email by where it says:If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected] am thankful I did not place the large order with them that same day.

High quality coffee, compares very well with the other 2 internet retailers I have sourced from. Super fast shipping. Had 1 issue with getting ground beans when ordering whole beans and the quickly shipped the whole beans. Now my #1 source.

I ordered coffee from the coffee AM affiliate (flavored coffee - same location and address) on 05 Jul. It is 25 Jul and I still have not received it. Canton to Savannah GA should not take 25 days. There is no way to get a status. I dont even know if the coffee has been shipped -- but I have paid for it. Ive tried to contact them via email for a status, but no answer. Very disappointing.

This was my first and last experience ordering coffee from CoffeeAM. They are extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant over the phone. The persons answering the phones have no clue what the procedures are in delivering there products to the customer. Both Alex and Alisha are ruled and Argumentative. They like hearing their own voices over the customer. In this case the customer is always wrong. I place an order with them in November and here it is almost January 2020 no coffee, what a shame. I made sure my corrected address and Appartment number was noted for delivery and never received it. Im not sure whom they are delivering free coffee to, however it was not me.Nevertheless, the FedEx delivery should have account to where they delivered coffee to. Please do not waste your time ordering from them when you can go to Perfect Sampler. Its cheater and has all the name brand coffees youd have.

Ive been buying coffee and loose tea from Coffeeam for years. It is always fresh roasted when you order it. Customer service is excellent. I love the Jasmine loose Tea and the flavored coffees. I get many different flavors. Useto get free samples with orders. Sorry that has stopped. I liked the samples to try different flavors. Highly recommend this company for all your coffee and tea needs.

I have been ordering from them for years. We love the quality of their coffee. I made a mistake on my last order and ordered French press instead of whole bean. When I reached out to Brian, the National Sales Manager, he could not have been nicer and sent me the whole beans that I wanted.

CoffeeAM Delivered Undrinkable SwillThis is, by far, the worst coffee I have ever tasted. Hard to believe, but true. Having bought some delicious Salted Caramel Coffee in a Fresh Thyme Market while visiting Ohio last summer, I expected a product of comparable quality when I ordered Salted Caramel Coffee from CoffeeAM, and ordered 2 lbs. Unfortunately, the CoffeeAM coffee actually smells and tastes like burned coffee beans blended with insecticide rather than caramel. The acrid odor is so strong that it penetrated the sealed bags and permeated the shipping box. It is undrinkable swill and it was a pricey mistake to order from CoffeeAM.As is my practice, I read the reviews on their site before I ordered. However, I did not know then what I know now: they do not publish reviews that criticize their frequent practice of selling over-roasted beans. After reading so many positive reviews (on their site) and receiving such a grossly inferior product, I went searching online and discovered information I wish I had known previously. Apparently, it is hit or miss with CoffeeAM and the burned beans I received are a common occurrence. I wanted to provide a heads up here so folks will know before making my mistake.If I could rate them at minus 5, that would be my honest review score for CoffeeAM.

Good coffee, deplorable customer service from the guy who says he runs it all. Interrupts, wont allow you to speak, wont offer help to figure out what went wrong, laughs at you in a mocking tone. Truly unbelievable. Read the negative reviews, do you see a trend?

Ordered the 750ml bottle of syrup and it suggested I order the pump so I did. Paid 28.00 for syrup, pump and shipping. They sent me the wrong pump. Note I did only pay 1.80 for the pump. I contacted them they gave me the link for the correct pump at 1.39 and 8.00 for shipping. I should not have to pay this when they sent the wrong pump and I would not mind paying the 1.39 but NOT no 8.00 for shipping. They are not a good company to work with if something is wrong with your order.

Literally the best coffee Ive ever purchased. I stop by and pickup up locally.The coffee is always super fresh, roasted to perfection. I grind at home and have always had consistent results with them. Ive tried several coffees with them and they have always been top notch. This is the only place I buy coffee from now.

I roast my own green beans. It is so nice to be able to call and order coffee from all over the world. What is nicer is that I live 5 miles from their location. Extra bonus. This is a great place with wonderful customer service.

Brewed one cup and am going to throw away two pounds of beans. Their service and site are great, but coffeeAMs coffee doesnt even smell like coffee nor does it taste the way you would expect a good cup of java to taste.

My wife and I buy here about every week and have the best experience from the great quality coffee that we sip from every day. Most recommended from my side.

Great story and great tasting coffee. To all of the 1 star reviewers, you have to understand CoffeeAM business model. They source from real independent farmers. With that, inconsistency will happen.

After more than a dozen orders over a couple years, I can say that I have never, ever had a bad cup of coffee from CoffeeAM! Their roasting is top notch for me! I have tried at least 10+ different selections from all over the coffee world, and the descriptions are accurate and the roasting spot-on! The deliveries are very fresh roasts & fast for reasonable prices. Even their teas are good, and I am not a tea drinker. :-) My nearest roaster-on-premises is 100+ miles RT, so CoffeeAM is a favorite vendor for me!

I dont know where to place the star rating. CoffeeAM does not have a Chemex grind option but I know I should own a nice grinder ($) by now. The coffee I ordered, Organic Coffee House, was very strong in my Chemex, not bitter, but very strong despite the medium roast description and a favorite description on their website. I could force myself to drink it, just to use it up, but the wife does not like it so I just ordered two more pounds from Red Rooster. Just one of those lessons you learn and move on from I guess...maybe the plants will benefit from it in the garden.

Have been buying for a long time. Got a BLACK FRIDAY email ad for a kit of Kona coffees, mentioned 5 items, oops one item was a box, okay, just four items. Normally $74.95 the ad said. Buy now for only $54.95! I did. Was expecting 5 bags of coffee.Egad, 4 small 1/2lb packages with that oh so great box! Customer service was well trained to tell me it was my fault. Not helpful, could care less about a returning customer. Cusstomer Rep was trained well at reciting the rhetoric So back it is going.. I could get a round trip ticket to Kona for $478 on Hawaiian Air. That would be less than 5-1/2 of the fantastically priced sample packs. Still amazed at that deal.

Ive only ordered online as I live in Illinois, but this is seriously the best coffee Ive ever had in my life! Their Peanut Butter flavored coffee is my favorite.

Ive been ordering here for 9 years. Its hard to gleen from the reviews what the better coffees are since there are so many like minded caffeine addicts out there but they have been spot on for quality and shipping every time. I never get the samplers or have to pay shipping since I reach the 50 marker since ordering 5 lb sizing to get the guzzler deals LOL.

I bought Jamaican Blue Mountain (JBM) from this company and it did not taste even close to the JBM I had in Jamaica and when I’m buying it from other coffee distributors in the USA. It tasted like an average American coffee with bitter and acidic aftertaste. JBM specifically know for not having bitter and sour aftertaste, that’s why it is very expensive. Posted a one star review on their website, explaining my experience, and they deleted it! Customer service was not helpful. Never again dealing with CoffeeAM.

Ordered two premium and costly coffees, Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona estates. The Kona was fair, but the Jamaican was exceptionally poor and tasted old. For the price of these items, I was greatly disappointed, and am more satisfied with my daily 8 oclock, $4.50 a pound coffee! Yes, they do have a return policy, but with a 15% restocking fee, and my cost for return shipping, plus time and effort, it didnt seem worth the cost and effort. Nonetheless, I am disappointed, and only gave it 2 stars for the Kona, if it was just the Jamican, it would have been as low a rating as I could give. It was junk.

Echoing some of the other comments here pertaining to this rating.

It is difficult to capture how dry these beans are in a picture but they turn to dust when I grind them. This is some of CoffeeAM spendy Kona coffee. Paid $75 for 4 samples online and I was delivered dried up old beans. This is the driest bean I have ever tried and I grind a lot of varieties of beans. It doesnt smell or taste fresh. I am going to complain to the company and ask for a refund or a replacement.Too much money for coffee dust. If I get a resolution, I will revise my review or replace it. If not, one star stands and I would advise people to be leery from any online ordering.

Ive been ordering for about a year. I just looked it up -- 10 orders.Never a problem. Large selection. Starting to zero in on a favorite (Organic Haitian Blue Mountain Direct Trade) but generally add something different to my order just to experiment. Thats how I found the Haitian Blue.I like that they sell 1 lb bags, not just 12 oz as is common elsewhere. So, if their prices look a bit high, note that 1 lb is a third larger than 12 oz. For example the Haitian Blue is $20 but at 12 oz it would be only $13.33, still a little steep but not too far off from the $12 have paid at other places for coffee not quite as good. Im afraid to try their really expensive stuff as I might like it!The Fedex free shipping is nice and reasonably quick.

I have purchased coffee from another large on-line dealer for years. I decided to try CoffeeAM. The CoffeeAM coffee is tasty, and it is a good value. But........ You can get good valued and tasty coffee in many places, but then it comes down to service. I had a problem with my first delivery; things happen to any and every company. I contacted CoffeeAM and advised them of the problem. They reacted with extreme professionalism and remedied the problem immediately and beyond my satisfaction. I will definately be using CoffeeAM in the future and will gladly recommend them to others.

I repeat ordered the same coffee and received a different tasting and looking one. It looked to me as if they packed whatever beans they have got into the bag. At first, I thought it was just a one time human error and contacted their customer service. After sending them samples of the same coffee i ordered previously, and the new one, and calling several times to follow up, I realized- I am just being duped! I think Coffee they sold me does have a single origin indeed : Canton, GA

I placed an order, was charged $10.10 as the lowest shipping I could choose whitwas fedex home and still almost 2 weeks later no order!!! I’ve tried tracking the order and logging into my account but it says my email is invalid EVEN THOUGH I STILL get advertisement emails!!?? Terrible company. I’ve been cheated!!

Horrible coffee, order from website, received the bag of coffee and it burnt, grounded horrible and I swear i found the leg of some type of insect in with the grounded beans.
