Waste of money...Worst experience ever. Delayed services and that to when you call the atleast 4 to 5 times. Night staff is extremely rude we were trying to close the room door as that door had the problem the staff boy himself tried but failed to do so and that had the guts & blamed us that we were making noise while we are trying to close the gate. Food is way to expensive and taste so worst who gave them 3 star I have no idea pathetic place didnt even provided us door mat even after saying too many times. I wont even give 1 star if I had a choice. Complete waste of money.

It is a very beautiful place to stay in Goa. They have excellent interior with beautiful walls decorated with colours and paintings.Moreover, ambiance is very nice and comfortable. Staff is very cooperative and customise requirements of guests.Additionally, they have nice facilities such as pool and big lawn to get relaxed.They provide tasty food and nice beverages.Overall nice place.

Plenty of potential but looks pretty run down for what claims to be a 4-star hotel. Simple issues like the AC not working. Repeated visits by the repairman didnt help, after which I had to force them to change my room.Some positives - The location of the place is great - Candolim Beach is 100 metres away.The staff was also kind enough to let us use a room for half an hour to freshen up after a visit to the beach, although we had checked out hours back.

Worst hotel, we checked in for 4 days but moved out in 5 minutes of checking in, the rooms are dirty with no view at all... what they say as suite rooms are normal standard dingy rooms. Please be cautious as the staff themselves feel that the pictures are misleading.

Pathetic hotel dont waste your money its a genuine request Im stayin here in aqua suite with plunge pool1) swimming pool is not working due to the filteration green water with algae yukky2) Aqua suite with plunge pool, its unsafe to have a bath from top people see what we are doing in the pool its bad n unsafe3)power fluctuations ac n fan4) hotel staff less so service is poor.Its.not at all standard hoteL what is shown in the pic on google done go guys its fooling people, what is shown is not given

Pathetic Hotel... We booked this place and talk to the manager 1 hour before reaching there he gave us confirmation on our booking but after reaching we got to know that they have no rooms. While talking to the manager we saw a snake in their restaurant area which easily summarize their maintenance.If you are looking for a safe and beautiful weekend i would suggest dont go for this resort rather than this you can go to Riva beach resort(Morjim) excellent resort plus the pool area is awsome or you can try Orzan heights (vagator) both the resorts are in beautiful location.
