A good hotel in the center of the city. The rooms are huge and there is a good gym within the hotel. The main problem with the hotel is that the water coming from the taps is brownish.

Everyone at the hotel was terrific! Excellent customer service throughout all staff. If you are ever in Minsk I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel big gym and swimming pool

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and wonderful rooms. Service is very good as well. The staff is very supportive. The location is very good. Quite a few eating joints and malls and metro at walking distance.Already done 2 trips with them and would love the third time as well. Highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel! From the moment we made our reservation, we were treated like royalty. As a Spire Elite member, I was upgraded, and both the manager and concierge introduced themselves to me. The room was rather large and beautifully appointed. The Club Room was well stocked throughout the day, and all of the staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone spoke English.

Hotel is centrally located, staff is nice and professional. Rooms are not the best in terms of coziness, but OK. theres a casino and a night club on the ground floor, which attributes to some visitors from the outside. Price-wise, there are better centrally located options available.

Good place for time spent..

Normal place. Not very much crowded

This hotel is located near all the action, and a good central point from which to explore this amazing city and its Soviet architecture throughout. The rooms are above average, but the bathrooms are modern and clean. The nightclub on the third floor Next is excellent, and opens every night at 11pm-6am. If you need a taxi, have the front desk call one for you. Most trips cost 10-20 rubles. To the airport with the private driver is 50. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, but the made-to-order omelettes were great. One final tip: have the hotel use one of their drivers to pick you up from the airport, its 50 rubles and prevents you from getting ripped off by a local taxi driver. Cash machines are at the airport. Make sure you buy the mandatory health insurance right before customs (about $1USD per day).

Well it is 5* hotel. Good location. Have a casino. (But it is ok ) Really good : i mean really good breakfast. Specially for the turkish cuisine and people.

Wow! Minsk! Crowne Plaza Minsk! I was very impressed with Minsk, the summer time weather was very pleasant, and the city was very clean and orderly. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Minsk, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was reasonably priced and great quality. Local food and Vodka is a must... Enjoy!

After you struggled alone with your suitcase to climb up the sharp stairs and got to open the heavy door, youll find reception hidden on the side of the entry space. Nobody to welcome you, nor to help you.No explanation about the facilities.Ergonomics is a unknown word in this building.If the windows efficiently protect you from the outside street noise, you still will have the feeling to sleep in an airplane: humming noise coming from nowhere and everywhere will be your invisible compagnon at night.Finishing with a positive touch: the beds are amazingly comfortable.

The breakfast was very good. In the same token location is really nice. Right in the center of easy reach to major venues. The service was just ok.. The room cleanliness was well but not too bright, especially bathroom. Smoking is allowed in the lobby and at restaurant. Which really makes very horrible smelly atmosophere. Restaurant dining is somewhat expensive and mediocre at that (breakfast is at different places luckily). WiFi works solid. The rooms are quite noisy, as it appears some are having interconnecting doors and thin walls.

Visited NOVA Shangrila Luxury SPA with my friend. The spa complex is clearly tired and requires some freshness: shabby walls and cabinets, smudges on the ceilings, worn-out bathrobes and towels, strange curtains (?), A functioning one small sauna for a decent flow of customers. The staff are sociable but not very rushed. The girl gave the key to the locker, saying that she would bring a towel. Retired to the ends. Service, agree?From the pros - the pool. Really worthy: spacious, with an optimal water temperature, test.I think today any state spa complex looks more invigorating.

The place is good, but when ordering the program, we had questions.I will say right away that the staff at the reception is professional, friendly and helpful. The spa area is clean, the pool is warm and the jacuzzi is very warm.But. We took the romantic date program. First there was a sauna for 10 minutes, then a massage for 40 minutes. The massage was good, but one of the girls had symptoms of a cold, which made her nervous and did not contribute to relaxation. Then a jacuzzi, but it turned out that the water there was not warm, but cool, you cant sit in this. They began to top up the hot water, the drain opened, the water was gone. By the end of the session, the Jacuzzi did not have time to fill up again. It took 30-35 minutes. 20 of which we called the staff, fought with the drain, and then with the buttons. They also turn on the extractor hood in the room and the cold air blows very strongly. We tried to turn it off, turn it on again. There was no mood to swear. Aquazone smoothed out the negative.Tea at the end of the date is served right outside the reception. Therefore, you should not spend money on this procedure. Sauna, warm pool and very warm jacuzzi are much better, and without any nerves.

Were today in the new shangrila spa in the plaza. Before leaving, they called and found out the price for the services of the pool and spa. In fact, they paid a third more. But if they knew what awaited us next, they would not have gone. And awaited us - a cold hamam, in which you need to stew while standing on the seats, since the steam generator is directed to the ceiling. Towels and bathrobes that smelled like grease. I liked the cool jacuzzi, but as soon as you leave it awaits you with cold air from the air conditioner. The pool is clear - lighting, hydromassage, waterfall, but the purity of the water leaves much to be desired. So decide for yourself. I advise you to visit this place.
