Sure here are the details. First time I gave three jackets for dry cleaning. The receptionist miscalculated the total and gave me bill for 100 rs less. After a while she contacted me with correct bill and told me that owner has threatened to take extra amount from her salary. Any owners who treat their staff like this for s small mistake should really be run out of business. And the way you treated me for 35 rs was just unprofessional. Instead of being understanding that sometimes banks servers are down you called me multiple times and made me come back with the change immediately instead of just waiting another hour or so for the payment. I live in the same building and now you have lost a regular customer forever. Good luck!
