Definitely the worst courier service on the planet. They will keep messaging u that they are going to deliver and then at the end of the day send u a message that you were unavailable and not deliver. They have done this to me a few times now and I would strongly suggest not partnering with them even if they are the last choice for your couriers.The worst of the worst.
