Being from England I find it very hard to find a good curry here in Australia. That was until I come across this Indian restaurant. Hot will blow your brains out! So good. The owner was lovely and it was the only local Indian that accepted the Dine and Discover vouchers. Definitely will go again.

Delivery was very fast however the meat content was very poor and disappointing. Butter chicken arrived with 6 tiny pieces of chicken. Lamb korma came with what I assume was mashed up tiny lamb pieces. Beef vindaloo was great. The Naan were also tiny. Called the restaurant to advise them of my disappointment and at first they tried to tell me that it must have been another restaurant I ordered from. After 2 minutes on the phone they finally came to the conclusion that the food was from them. Their Excuse for the lack of meat was that they make it all in large batches and just scoop it from the pot as required. Will not be ordering from these guys again.

Ordered a few take away Curries and naan, was the last customer for the day..still received service with a smile..Ricky the chief chef, is a master at what he does, which is cooking up some really good food! Have been a returning customer ever since Ive come across this restaurant.

Best Indian restaurant! We were impressed with the taste, very delicious authentic flavours. Staff were very friendly and inviting, even though we arent from the Camden area, we cant wait to come down again! Butter Chicken and garlic naan bread was to die for, definitely recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff who came out to recommend dishes and help me with options. Lots of vegan options which was amazing, dishes were delicious and service was quick. Also the only Indian restaurant that accepts Dine NSW vouchers in Camden. Will definitely make ordering from Chola a regular thing!!

This is a wonderful place for authentic Indian cuisine. Came here with my parents for their anniversary and it was the greatest most fresh food we have ever had. Would 100% recommend for anyone who is looking to indulge themselves for some great tasting and fantastic quality indian food.

Ordering on a sunday, delivery app said ETA 1 hour. After 1 hour 20 called restaurant every 5 mins and no answer, food arrived after almost 2 hours and was missing 1x garlic naan.The food we did get tasted great but very late with items missing and the restaurant still wont answer the phone.

The food was beautiful and have had in many places but I must admit Chola restaurant has out perform and exceeded expectations of what they made, butter chicken, the eggplants, biryani, chepati we have had this again yesterday I Would love to have this everyday as its wS so beautifully presented and made by their chef. Absolutely Brilliant ! Yesterday we ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka, beef vindaloo and a beef biryani with a variety of naans and mango chutney. The chef / owner was so friendly and his passion for his food only made the experience more enjoyable, you can taste that he enjoys sharing these meals. All meals were fresh, authentic and so well balanced. I have tried ALOT of Indian restaurants and this is the only one I will repeat order from.

Absolutely fantastic Indian food, best Ive had! We had the butter beef which their kitchen recommends, and so do we. Additionally the mango chicken was fantastic. Would recommend getting your dishes medium, its just right in terms of spice. Prices werent too steep aswell. Seriously recommend this place of you ever feel like Indian. Definately coming back when Im in the area.

Came here for the first time today. The staff/owners are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the chicken tikka, it was very juicy.

I do not understand how people saying that are going back to this restaurant again and again .I ordered chicken biryani there is hardly any chicken and the rice was just a plain rice mixed with curry to top it up with out salt ....Nan was offered with pickles but I just received three nan .*****do not order food from there . First we had a mixed entree platter (the full size for two people) with onion bhaji, tasty kofte and the freshest, most delicious samosas. In truth, this was all a real highlight and beat most Indian restaurants you will go to for fresh and tasty samosas and kofte deliciousness! Recommend this place

We had take away, Butter Chicken , and Lamb Rogan Josh. Both Tasted good, Nan Breads were good too nice and fresh.I think the butter chicken was a touch too sweet for me, but thats just personal preference.

Ordered food and it was pretty ordinary, tandoori barely had any spices on it and same with briyani. So I wont be going there again

We absolutely loved the meals we ate here tonight. We love going to Indian to get to taste the spices and traditional food. And that’s exactly what we got at this restaurant. With teenage boys we also got to choose how spicy the food was. We chose a variety of ‘heats’ and the food was delicious. It was freshly cooked. We watched the chef cooking it (we could see the kitchen). Everything came out at the right time, quickly and it was great value. The service was very good too. We fed 4 people for $119, including 2 teenage boys who are big eaters.

The best Indian in many years! I had my first order home delivered and was taken aback at how good the food was. So good, I decided to stop in for a casual, easy dinner tonight. They didnt disappoint. Friendly service, good food, reasonable prices. Now my first choice for local Indian food.

What a brilliant place to go out for dinner ! Food was absolutely divine especially the butter chicken ! The restaurant was clean, tidy and well set out! Friendly service and when asked why the staff wasnt wearing a mask, was politely and straight forwardly told they are unable to and was even shown a medical certificate to verify it. Didnt bother me in the slightest! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be going back again!I seen the previous review that someone had written and mentioned cockroaches and how awful it was, but this restaurant is one of the cleanest ones around, take a look at the person who posted the review and you will see they give bad reviews to absolutely everywhere they go, not 1 single good review has been given by them to any place at all! I dont understand why some people feel the need to stoop so low akd degrade places, what is it that they are achieving? Clearly they need to get a life

Picked up take away tonight, had butter chicken and mango chicken- it was AMAZING, sauce was so thick n creamy. Will definitely be coming back.

The best food in Camden, Narellan and Oran Park area. Ricky is an exceptional chef, very friendly and is happy to go out if his way to cater for any additional requests. Clean and nice ambience. Kids loved the food.

I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 the best butter chicken Ive ever had in my life The rice was beautiful and the nan bread was delicious I got this as a takeaway meal thinking I wont eat it all and Ill save some but I couldnt stop and ate the lot myself cant wait to go back

Booked a table for 11 people on a Saturday night. Food was fantastic. Service needs to improve. Naan breads arrived last, Some on the table received their main dishes and had to wait at least 10 mins for the rice. Plenty of parking next door in Coles car park.

If there was zero star, I would have given them without hesitation. Will not recommend anyone to eat there.Food was not fresh, defrosted and microwaved by only adding some spices for tandoori chicken which was not even marinated as it should have been, Deli chicken tasted off and had a fishy taste.They offered papadum with chutney before food which like many Indian restaurants comes free but they sneaked and added it into the bill. When questioned why they had not informed as we would not have gotten it since they overcharged $7 for it (4 papadum and 5cmx1cm mint paste). The guy said he has always charged to customer. I told him that’s not fair as he should inform 1st if these things are charged and no just offer. No refunds or apology and disgusting food. No wonder the restaurant was empty and no sanitising station.Staff do not wear mask when approaching you. Also there were tiny cockroaches visible on the table, yes the same table we ate on.

Took my very fussy Dad here last night. Indian is his favourite and hes been eating it for 40 years. It was beautiful, could not fault it. He said the best hes had in 40 years!! Definitely recommend them! Great setting and service in the beautifully lit Camden.

Butter chicken was delicious, however the garlic n cheese naan was a disappointment. Couldnt taste the garlic and it was burnt. So wasnt the most pleasant to eat.Always good to try different places. But I still prefer other Indian places locally to this one.Owner was lovely I must say.

Had an amazing Indian meal. Cooked to perfection. The chef accommodated us by cooking a Dish which was not on his menu and he did it extremely well. Very pleasant staff and service. Highly recommended.

Genuinely some of the best Indian cuisine I have had. The staff are very helpful and willing to make alterations for Vegan or allergies. Their garlic naan is delicious. I have been working my way through the menu one dish at time. Glad to have this restaurant in Camden!

Chola Indian is the closest and most authentic tasting Indian food around. Believe I have tried and looked far and these guys don’t disappoint!Ps I recommend eating in too, amazing customer service and hospitality and presentation of beautifully cooked food.Thank you Ricki and staff!

The worst customer service ever. It took 1 hour 15 min to serve literally two dishes. And when we asked why it took so long they just said they had a lot of online deliveries. If thats the case than a customer should be informed that it will take this long to prepare their order. Secondly we asked for non sweet gravy and despite this all the gravies were sweet. Wouldnt recommend it.

Ordered through Uber eats tonight, food came fast and really hot (which is fantastic). The food was incredible, best Indian I’ve ever had. Ordered lamb korma and Aloo matar tamartar with saffron rice. Flavours incredible and portion sizes were huge. Lots of lamb in my korma which was great. 5/5 will be back.

The worse Indian restaurant ever. I usually go to Liverpool for Indian restaurant. This experience tonight had turned me off Indian food. The food was tasteless. I ordered a hot curry there were no spices. No taste, I asked for extra chillies. I got powdered paprika not even real chill. The nan bread was burned. The little salad garnish was brown. No more Indian food.

Good food but took a long time to come out. Tableware was not clean and I was surprised to see cheap, plastic plates in a restaurant. During dinner was asked to pay for meal as staff member had to leave to attend to deliveries. Clearly not enough staff. Two days later was accused of not paying because we knew the waitress. How unprofessional to accuse a customer before even checking receipts! Have never left a restaurant without paying and never in my life have I experienced such an accusation. Such unprofessionalism and will never eat there again.
