The staff at the Cambridge store have worked hard throughout this pandemic. Theyve done their best to serve everyone and stay safe. I personally am very proud of their efforts. Way to go 705!

Ive been here a few times and generally met by friendly staff. I cant say the same about who I believe is the manager here. (Short lady with a medium build and short light colored hair).She has literally followed me throughout the store while I was looking for my items and on several different occasions. It wasnt obvious enough for me to openly confront her but subtle enough to be recognized.Another occasion another store had car oil on sale, I wanted to bulk up-- I came to partsource to price match. When placed the four jugs on the counter and proceeded to show her the ad to match-- she asked Why dont you go buy it there?I asked excuse me?She then changed her tone and attitude when she realised I was aware of their policies.Two stars for the decent other people Ive experienced there-- negative 17 for her lack of professionalism, courtesy and respect. Im considering filming my next experience for social media for others to judge themselves.

A friend recommended me about the parts and prices available here at parts source hespeler road. It has some good quality parts with not much price difference from its competitors. The brakes that I bought from then lasted longer than the previous ones, which made me buy few tires from them. Will keep visiting

Terrible experience. Guys are covid crazy over there and they dont accept cash even though its legal tender which is actually illegal. Was waiting on the phone for 20 mins finally got through ordered. They asked me to stay on the phone but call got interrupted and I wasnt even going to try and call back because I was out front of the store waiting for them, talked to other customers who also were not happy with wait times even though were out front of the store. I strongly recommend having someone to deal with customers that are currently at the store and make them a priority because you know they are there to purchase something as apposed to taking everyones calls who are still at home and may not even pick their order up until maybe even next day. Bad experience with the guy who is tall and wears glasses. Told me they didnt need my business if I was going to pay cash, because they were scared to accept cash. If youre scared please stay home do not show up to work. There are people who need these products because they are essential workers who need to get to and from work. Please help us, and not fight against us. Cash is always legal tender in Canada.

Waited in line with 3 others for 20min. They did allow any new customers in the store. The rep came out and said they are closing in 10 and we wouldnt be coming in.He came out 5min before closing and said no one else in the store!I said we have been waiting for 20min...and prob wont come back..his response was ..good!They do not answer there phone for curb side set up either.

Now almost everything is available for curb side pick up.I visited this place on Saturday and Monday for place an order.I tried their given phone number for curb side pick up .I tried 40 times for place my order and nobody picked my phone.Extremely unexpected business.

Very bad service which I got today from them, ordered for curbside pick up and the lady took the payment and delivered the item was really disappointing. She is not good for a customer service alt all,really sorry to say!

The ladies are always helpful and are amazing with getting anything not in stock at the store delivered as fast as possible. Friendly and always happy to help when they can. Keeps me going back!

I shop here once every two weeks. Good Location. Prices are fairly reasonable. Always seems to be someone different working at the counter. Was not impressed with the Lady with short hair. A little to aggressive when I walked in. Did not even have a chance to browse or look around asking If i needed help right off the bat. They dont like when you come near closing time. She watches you like a hawk. Will not be coming here again if shes working at the counter.

Love this chain, great starting place for DIY folks working on cars. This location in particular is nice. Staff are always friendly and willing to help and offer advice if you look stuck or lost in an aisle. Just went to replace my battery this time and got the wrong number to look for. The staff saw me looking and quickly got what I needed and gave me a few options. Ended up going with a higher warranty battery because why not? Still need to drop my old battery off here so I can get that twenty dollar rebate.

Robyn the manager and her team went above and beyond to help me with the part i was looking for. It took a bit to find all the pieces i needed but they kept working on it till we had it. Robyn also took time out of her busy schedule to drive me back to my broken down vehicle. I would recommend this location to anybody and i will for sure shop there again. Robyn and Jacob i thank you once again.

Well this is a Canadian Tire Corporation subsidiary still good customer service parts aftermarket but somewhat reliable

Went there today to buy wiper blades asked if they could put them on I was told the weather was to bad. It was +6 and drizzling I guess if u want the free instalation and washer fluid top up can only be done when its +20 and sunny out dont waste ur time going there for that perk that they advertise NOT IMPRESSED

Drove by PartSource today and noticed their big add on Hespeler Road saying Windshield wipers installed free of charge. I drive a 2010 Volkswagon Passat and thought this would be an ideal time to get my windsheild wipers changed so went in to by a pair (not cheap) but the free install was a great selling feature. Spoke to the kid behind the counter with an obvious attitude that the world owes him a living. Not sure how long the owners of this place would keep him on. He said he would not install them because it was raining outside and that some conditions apply. This riled me enough to tell him he could keep his damn wipers and I left. Not likely I will ever come back even though I have bee a loyal customer over the years. Part Source in Cambridge is obviously not looking for the business. If you are going to advertise that you provide a free install you either do or do not. I justThought the owner of this store should know that this particular employee and his attitude towards customers sucks.
